They really care about repeat business. They could have easy charged me 4x’s what they did but gave me a quick tutorial and was in my way. Great service!

My logic board crashed on my 15″ Macbook Pro 2011 edition (common these days if you bought a Mac that year.) I also needed my cracked screen replaced and the fans as well (I’ve had my Macbook for 3 years and never cleaned it.) Shawn repaired my laptop and answered my basic maintenance questions and showed me how easy it was to get the dust out myself.
I spent around a grand, but the computer itself was like $ 2800 (everyone’s like, why don’t you just buy a new one? LOL), and I was just happy getting MY computer back, with a perfect screen and quiet fans. The actual labor price is very affordable, it’s just the Mac parts I was mostly paying for. Shawn stands behind his work and will make sure you are satisfied. Also, I liked the front desk lady, she was nice. Thanks again you guys!

I just got got off the phone with Shawn, who fixed my laptop and second monitor situation by plugging into my system remotely. It was fixed within seconds!
I LOVE this place! I have brought each of my children’s laptops there on occasion and they were each fixed in a timely and reasonable manner. I have always been impressed with their service, particularly considering I have brought them a variety of makes and models over the last several years. Sure they charge just to leave your computer to be looked at… but hey, their time is worth something!
I wouldn’t take our computers anywhere else!

My power plug on my computer stopped charging my battery.
I took it into laptops plus and he said yeah it’s a normal thing happens all the time and it would be like 120 bucks
He wasn’t sure of the turnaround time because he had to order the part I told them to go ahead and overnight the pardon charge me to difference in the shipping cost so that I can get it quicker. Because it’s a laptop I use for work and I needed it back by next week
He called me the next morning and it already fixed it and it was all done.
I was super impressed with a quick turnaround time and I’m very happy with them

I was not impressed. First of all, my hard drive crashed and I needed to recover at least some of my documents very quickly. They had it all day, charged me $ 100 and found nothing. Well I took it to someone else, and they were able to find the docs in about 2 hours. I know that when you pay there’s no promise that they can recover the stuff. I just find it suspect that they had my computer for a full day and as soon as I took it to someone else, he was able to find the documents more quickly than they were. Plus no one there actually took the time to speak with me about what I needed to do to get my computer up and running.
