Casey’s is our neighborhood family grill. They have some of the best(and best prices) wings in the area. Spicy Asian are amazing! We always have a nice meal when we want to go out but don’t want to wait for one of the nearby chain restaurants.

I am torn on this rating so I’ll go with a 3. There were some serious highlights offset by some polar infractions. The service was absolutely fantastic. Our waitress was probably the best we’ve had anywhere in quite some time. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The food tasted great, was hot, and well prepared. Now for the infractions. The inside of the restaurant is pretty old and I would expect more. It’s pretty divey and certainly does not reflect what you would expect for the price you pay. I feel like it was an old Pizza Hut that was taken over and not updated much ever since. For as well prepared as the food was, there was a small hair on one of the plates. We also had a plastic brush bristle in the tartar sauce. Kind of gross… on the upside at least someone is cleaning!

My favorite place to eat in the area. The food is top quality. The portions are large. The prices are great and the service is awesome. The restaurant is only 5 minutes from my house so I have to limit how often I go there. All the staff are super friendly and the bartender/manager is awesome. Do yourself a favor and check out this hidden gem!

Food quality and portions are very good. A good example of a well-trained staff. I know fine dinning restaurants that don’t have the quality of servers as Casey’s I wish they stayed open later during the week. We have a group of tennis men that need a go place to go until 11pm on Thursdays?

So it got better as we order grilled wings due to my father not being able to eat fried food they brought fried wings because as the manager stated they couldn’t make grilled wings that weren’t burnt. OMG ok then he rudely gave us the bill to get us out of the restaurant as they forced us to pay the an 18% tip(however I don’t feel it was the servers fault). Our server was Jacob R and the manager was to much of a coward to present himself and rectify the situation. I live so close to hear guess I’ll go to gators dockside and never come back again as I will deter everyone from coming here. So disappointing

Decided to give this place a try. All I can say is wow ! The food was so delicious and the service was outstanding. I will be sure to come back when I am in the area again. I tried the streak but I have been told that they make great burgers and wings as well.

Unfortunately Casey’s was kind of meh for me. I’d considered a steak, but this place doesn’t have the look of a place that can make a good steak, let alone the filet mignon listed in the menu. The marquee outside said«VOTEDBESTWINGS.» I wonder how long ago that was, because the wings I got were hard and a little dry. The meat inside was decent but the crust was way overdone. The fries were pretty good. I’d get them again. Next time(IF there’s a next time) I’ll try a burger.

Everything is old, dusty, dingy, and cheap… chairs rickety and tables all tippy… nothing uniform, and everything just ripped up, tacky, and looking not clean. You can(unfortunately) see the kitchen — check it out for yourself. You’ll walk out. Second problem is the Low Quality of Meats — everything is low-grade«Choice» or «Utility» grade beef, and the steaks are not a very well-marbled«Choice.» Nothing is Prime, not even the«Prime» Rib, which is woefully unseasoned. Inconsistency and Untrained Chefs: Casey’s is clueless as to how to cook a steak properly. A rare steak is red and cold in the center, often with a thin dark-char on the outside if so ordered(most rare steak eaters do order that way: see«black and bleu» on any culinary site). At Casey’s a rare order always comes book-Medium or darker. Pink and warm center. Tough and chewy. A medium-rare order arrives book medium-well, with a super-heated pink center, and the brown edges creeping a full quarter-inch into the meat. It’s as tough as shoe leather, and in this case, the cliché’ fits. Vegetables are viewed as something to be drowned in boiling water. Any kind of mixed veggie or broccoli arrives as limp as if it came from a can. It was probably fresh when they started boiling the living daylights out of it, but it arrives with no crispness remaining. Slow service is the cornerstone of this place, because, unless you arrive at 4:30 p.m., you’re going to wait for the orders of this under-size kitchen to trickle through. Seafood here is practically non-existent, and what they do carry is never fresh, always frozen, and comes out with fish smells. It too, is almost always overcooked, and lacks seasoning. Rudeness is a problem here. I recently received my New York Strip(not a cheap steak) in an extremely tough condition — it was book-well-done, and so burned that it was ¾ of an inch of pure carbon along the edges. This was in response to an order for«blood rare with a Pittsburgh Char». It should have been a well-marbled piece of meat, properly seasoned, then done on a super-hot flat grill for 30 – 75 seconds per side to char it, sometimes done with a butter — then rest a minute or two, then served. This can also be done in an oven with slightly longer times if the temp is close to 800 °F. Either way, the meat gets barely cooked. That’s not what I received. Here’s the problem. It was a take-out order done late, and when I brought it back the next day to demonstrate the problem, along with some printed guides for the chefs, so that next time I ordered this way, they would know HOW to actually do it, I was given a bunch of excuses by an obnoxious bartender who seemed to be in a managerial role, or at least was determined to tell me that what happened wasn’t something they did: «Oh, those things heat up after they leave here». I pointed out that they don’t go 5-Stages from Rare to Well-Done after they’re off the grill.(Yes, the center does darken a bit after cooking, but not very much if something is book-rare with a thin char.) When I pointed this out, nicely, the Casey’s guy said«Well, this tells me nothing — you could have done this to it yourself.» Seriously? I’m going to be accused of taking a piece of meat and burning the crap out of it, then returning it? For what reason? I didn’t even care about a discount — just for them to see the issue. This is Rude and Insulting, and if that’s the way you want to be treated, you can always go to Casey’s of Winter Springs.

Food is oversized and service is great, as always. We love going to the locally owned places whenever possible.

Casey’s is close to work and good location for lunch for most co-workers. Overall, a simple environment that is well maintained and clean. As soon as you enter there is usually a staff member waiting to help you. Once seated, the service is very fast and food is good. The few times I have been there, the food has always been good, and never heard any complaints from co-workers. And considering we continuously return, it is good!
