Very professional, very friendly. I have lived in this area since 1983 and have used Willa Cleaners since they began. Wouldn’t consider going elsewhere.

Went here twice. Both times my shirts were not pressed correctly, and this last time I had a random diagonal crease on the back left shoulder. There was also an additional ghost stain in the middle of the back of the shirt. Taking my clothes and money, somewhere else.

I was a little worried due to some negative reviews, but the man working today was excellent. They were not only able to do same day dry cleaning at no extra charge, they also removed a red mark I thought for sure would stain! AND I didn’t bring my clothes in until almost noon (most places need them by 9am for same day). This place is awesome. I’d recommend their service.

They ruined an expensive shirt that I dropped off to dry clean. There was a couple of tears on the shirt after I picked up at this cleaners. I brought the shirt back to inform the owner and he tried to blame me and said that it was another cleaners that did this, kind of hard to believe when I take all my shirts to this dry cleaner. Very disappointed and will not be back.

I used to come to this cleaners many, many many moons ago. Then my route to work change, and so did my life, and it was no longer convenient. Now that the cleaners is close to work again, I’m back!
I think the prices seem fair for button down shirts. As compared to other cleaners, i believe it to be a fair price and that is one reason to keep coming back.
The service is also very good. Only once I showed up and the «door bell» went off but nobody came to the front. Hmmm? I could see them in the back, but nobody would come, so I had to go out and come back in to have the bell chime a few more times. But other than that, the service is really good.
An example of their good service was when needed some shirts to be laundered with a quick turnaround and they were able to deliver without any additional cost. It wasn’t a 4-​hour turnaround, more like 2 days, but it still helped.

customers here since we moved in 1992. Recently I missed the & PM closing by 10 minutes, and the owner saw me running for the door as they were closing up. He re-​opened the store– re-​started the computer system to look up my order and allowed me to pick up my husband’s shirts even as they were closed. He said «we always take care of our regular customers.» Very pleased with the quality of their work.

They have ruined a few pairs of my pants and shirts recently so i’m dropping my review down to 2 stars. The owner is super friendly but will not be going back here because of the service.

Don’t take anything you cherish here. They wrecked a gorgeous black silk sweater by WASHING it, not dry cleaning it. Another, reputable dry cleaner confirmed my assessment. The sweater was returned to me a size smaller and with mottled, white marks all over. They refused restitution, claiming the sweater was like that when I brought it in. This dry cleaner is a swindler. Don’t take your clothes here.

I dropped off my brand new $ 108 designer dress here because it was close to my work. I quickly Unilocaled the place when I was driving away and felt assured by all the five-​stars.
I am not difficult to please — I just wanted a clean dress. I spilled some soda on it that should have come out pretty easily — it’s not like it was sauce or red wine. The owner said it would be no problem to clean and remove.
1. When I went to pick up my dress at the specified time, it was not ready. The owner asked me to drive across the street to his other location because the dress was over there. I ended up being late to an appointment. He discounted me a whole $ 1.71 for my trouble.
2. The stain that the owner specifically said that he would be able to remove was not removed. There was no sticker or notification that indicated they failed to remove it. Luckily, I checked before I left the cleaner. The owner carelessly said that he couldn’t remove it, but that no one would be able to tell. Actually, they would, and regardless, he is a cleaner and he should either not promise to get stains out, or make good on that promise, and either way, should preemptively notify a customer when the stain could not be removed, especially if that was the whole reason why they brought the dress in.
3. I noticed that the dress looked a little bigger, how strange. I tried it on when I got home and the top is stretched for some reason! That’s not even where the stain was! This expensive dress USED TO fit me like a glove.
4. There is damage to the lace on this dress that wasn’t there before. Why would I bother with the time and hassle and cost of having my clothes dry-​cleaned if that’s going to ruin them as much a washing machine would?
All I wanted was a clean dress. Instead, it was not in the store it was supposed to be in at the correct time, it wasn’t clean, and it’s stretched and damaged. I could not imagine a worse scenario. Instead of the measly $ 1.71 they discounted me, they should really buy me a new dress. Severely disappointed and shortchanged.

The best drycleaner in town. I noticed the creases in my clothes seem to last a lot longer and they can handle unusual garments. I’ve tried a couple of other drycleaners in the area that are a couple bucks cheaper but they never do as good of a job as Willa Cleaners.

Willa cleaners does a great job cleaning my clothes. I also take my alterations there and they do a steller job with fixing my shirts, pants and even bags. Some items are priced higher than other dry cleaners, but in my experience, you get what you pay for.

I’ve been using Willa Cleaners since we moved to this side of town 4 years ago. Very nice people and they do a great job. They are located at the corner of Red Bug and Tuskawilla in the Albertson’s Shopping plaza, just 2 doors down. It’s very easy to get to them from any direction you are traveling on Tuskawilla or Red Bug.
Orders are always ready on time, best yet, due to their electronic ticketing system I can send in the hubby for pick ups even when he wasn’t there to see what was dropped off. The printed ticket has everything listed, very easy for double checks.
We’ve taken in men’s suits, ties, dress shirts, women’s silk, cashmere, shirts and dresses. All have come back looking great. In one case, they did a wonderful job getting out stains from brand new suit pants (worn once) of my husbands and a lovely silk shirt of mine. Life savers!
I’ve been so happy with them, I won’t go anywhere else.

Will Cleaners does a real nice job wi my mens suits and shirts, I have not taken my wife’s clothes there so i cannot comment on how they handle womens clothing. The staff is real friendly and typically accommodates my wishes to return the items earlier if needed,
