Went in not knowing what to expect as it was my first facial… It was amazing! Added bonus was the scalp, neck and shoulder massage. The space is very clean and cozy.

A friend of mine found a Groupon and insisted I go. The place is immaculate and the facial was amazing! Can’t wait to go back.

The new location at 311 Shirley Street is so elegant and yet unpretentious. In the beginning Charisse examined my skin and took time to explain the products she would use but then she let me just drift into paradise. The entire treatment was so relaxing and yet so effective. I looked and felt 10 years younger when I left. The head, shoulder, neck, arm and hand massage were truly the icing on the cake. I can’t wait for my next facial.

I went to Bella Pelle on a Groupon and ended up buying a package of 3 facials. Absolute best faciasl I have ever had. Charisse uses top quality products chosen for your particular skin type, seems to really enjoy what she does and adds special touches like neck and shoulder massage, arm and hand massage, scalp massage and while you are getting your face steamed, she massages in the products she uses.
I added a brow waxing today, and I cannot believe how awesome my brows look! The actual waxing and shaping took about 10 minutes and both my brows match and I have a perfect arch! No one has ever been able to actually shape my brows, nor have they ever taken that much time with the waxing and shaping. Normally, they slap wax on, peel it off and in about 2 minutes, you are done. Not at Bella Pelle, your brows are just as important as your facial.

I had such an awesome facial this morning with Charisse. The place has a great atmosphere– very relaxing and comfortable and plenty of street parking. Charisse took her time with the facial, which included a neck/​shoulder, cranial, and arm/​hand massage. They also do waxing. I’ll definitely be back.
