You’ve got to be kidding me. I called this company to get rates for snow removal and they guy I spoke to was as rude as they come. He spoke to me as if I know all about the snow business. If I did, I wouldn’t call a ‘professional’ and I use the term loosely. He didn’t want my business even though we have about 10 commercial properties for them to service (and counting). He said he ‘googled’ my company and found nothing. Your point? We exist as do our properties. He said he was ‘pre-​qualifying’ us, wanted to know how long we’ve been in business, and do I ‘realize it’s almost December?’. I believe he would be working for me, not the other way around, I do not need to be questioned. There are dozens upon dozens of snow removal and property maintenance companies in Michigan. I’ll talk to someone who appreciates our business.
