I received contact info for Boston Pedorthic at Careway in Woburn Center. I called the number provided and waited 5 minutes on hold only to get a recording asking me to leave contact info. After I waited 4 – 5 hours without a response, I called back. The person who answered told me I would NOT be allowed an appointment without a doctor’s prescription. I invite any and all to look at the company website and find that requirement. It was obvious to me that this company is only interested in finding an insurance company to bill. This is clearly a company intent on fleecing the consumer under the guise of performing a service.
