Top Service Plumbing

Our boiler died suddenly during one of the coldest parts of the year leaving us with no heat or hot water, and we needed it replaced ASAP. We got a few quotes, and ended up going with Joe from Top Service. We got their quote Monday AM, and by Tuesday PM (about 36 hours) they had finished the boiler replacement for a price that was far less than some of the other quotes we got. They were incredibly friendly and patient, and spent the extra time to explain each ball valve and pipe in the system so that I would be better able to maintain it over time. I’d highly recommend Top Service, and will be using them again if we have any more plumbing issues.

Joe emailed within a few minutes of my late evening request on HomeAdvisor and then picked up when I phoned. Even though it wasn’t an emergency call, he came out the next morning, on time, and called to let me know he was on the way. He quickly gave me a very fair estimate on several small jobs I needed doing, while also suggesting ways to save money. Some of the jobs were tricky because of old brass pipes and discontinued parts, but he got them all finished ahead of the time he had estimated, for the price he quoted, and honored a $ 30 coupon from his website on top of that. He left everything spotless and was friendly and personable the whole time. Before he left, he walked me through everything he had done and answered all my questions. I’ve never had a better experience with a plumber (or any tradesman). Don’t hesitate to call Joe.
