I loved the MPOA when I lived in Walnut Creek. The people are very friendly, able to quickly answer all my questions, and always got my boat permit processed within a couple days (including mailing time.) The fees are reasonable and the people are friendly. That’s all one needs from their local MPOA. So, why not five stars? The hours are a bit short so any time I had to stop in there (for instance to sign boat paperwork), I had to leave work a couple hours early.
