I came in for my first eye exam ever, and that was going smoothly… until I actually went to order my frames. I picked two different frames for my prescription, and they made me two of the same pair. We didn’t know until after the frames were made.
They refunded me the $ 5 difference in cash, and had me go and pick the frames that should have been made. I was able to take one of the pairs home, and they assured me that the other would be made.
Two weeks go by and I hear nothing. So I call back this morning, and one of the associates (Heather, who is incredibly nice) informs me that she doesn’t actually see my order and that the only explanation is that my other frames were not ordered by the manager that helped me. Incredibly frustrating and a waste of my time. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location.
Shout out to Heather for being a good customer service rep. She’s the only reason they are getting any stars.

I haven’t been to an eye doctor in 10 plus years but have been needing to go. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. Not only did they have excellent customer service but they went the extra mile to make sure I understood everything from the tests they did to how the nerves in my eyes were working or over working. I got two pairs of glasses for the $ 70.00 or 69.00 with free eye exam. Plus there frames for the cheap deal (69) really aren’t that horrible. They do have higher priced two for around 100.00 and up. Most places u go have the ugliest frames in their cheap deals and I’m somewhat picky but I actually found 2 frames I liked in the lower price range. I will definitely be going back. They also have safety glasses that they can put prescription lenses in, which is a plus since I have to wear them at work.
