Ann Taylor Factory

I live in Woodbridge and would never go back to this store. I don’t expect people to fall all over me when I’m trying to spend my hard earned money, but this place doesn’t even offer minimal service to customers. I actually went in after my first aha moment in this store because i figured someone was having a bad day. Nope, same store different person and you can tell the majority of the employees hate their job… Incredibly bad service and employees who look at the ceiling or empty racks when you have a question, incredibly bad. Make the trip to Leesburg, it’s worth the drive.

This is one of my favorite stores and I am giving it 4 stars because I have scored some pretty great deals here. Best sale is the 40% off storewide and lately, because i’m on their email list, I’ve been getting coupons for an extra 15% off. It’s a good place to get good quality clothes on a budget.
Beware — the service is not very good and pretty pushy. I have learned how to deal with them but there is one girl in particular, I think she is a manager, that is hardcore sales and super annoying and loud. If you can’t overlook the pushiness for the good deals, you may want to avoid this place. I have learned to live with it and I just shut them down when 4 people offer you a credit card in your trip.
