THE WORST DRIVERS!!! Vehicle #T-​8 cut off 3 cars as he merged into traffic while speeding and looking down at his phone with a cigarette in his mouth. He sped down 1 & 9 without any regard for the 3 car pileup he almost caused. Finally he cut across all three lanes to get off at the exit he almost missed (I’m sure it was because he was on the phone).

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! The dispatcher is a complete JERK. When you call this place, they all sound miserable. Extremely miserable. If you don’t like your job, you should totally quit. Not just make every other persons day crappy with your short asshole attitude. I don’t even think they deserve to be a business. Their cars are crappy and stink. Most of them smoke inside the cars, so when you’re in the car, you leave smelling like cigarettes! Smelling like cigarettes is bad, but not as bad as ruining my day with the nasty attitude I get FOR NO REASON. Please try and save yourself some grief and get another cab company! I didn’t even want to put one star, but that’s the only way I can leave a review.

I’m giving one star, only because some of the drivers are actually pretty cool. The dispatcher on the other hand is rude & incompetent. If he actually does his job properly and you’re lucky enough to get a cab when you call for one, the drivers are actually pleasant and friendly. Don’t call them unless you have 30 – 35 minutes to waste waiting on a cab that isn’t coming.

I HATE having to call this company because they are SO RUDE. Unfortunately this is the taxi service my company uses, so I have to call them pretty frequently, and I have NEVER had a good experience. You are running a business, try to sound a little less put out when you pick up the phone. Try to be a little more friendly or even awake sounding. Worst, rudest taxi company. Call anyone else. Don’t use these guys.

Vehicle # 20… Driving through Spotswood, not following right-​of-​way traffic laws, illegal left turn nearly collided with a car going straight that had the right-​of-​way, this happened on main st and devoe, on Thursday, 5÷14÷15 at 8:01am. The driver was also considerably exceeding the 25 mph speed limit in an area full of kids walking to school. Plus the right brake light is out.

Extremely rude customer service. Not only did they give me the wrong price and guarantee me service, but they then denied me service and laughed at me when I asked for their service. Horrendous. Call any other taxi service.

I love this cab service team! Any time, whether it be 4am to work, or to my doctor’s office etc they are always on time or earlier. Each cab driver I’ve met has be friendly, kind & funny.
I’m not easily comfortable driving with random people, but I always feel safe with them.
I always provide a nice tip because they deserve it!
They’re awesome & I plan to use Checker whenever I need, thanks guys!
Oh, with exception of that crazy, Christian guy who gave me a Jesus book that told me I was going to die tomorrow… that was a drop. But I haven’t seen him in a while. maybe an orb took him away to a cloud lol

Oh, Woodbridge Checker. We had such a good thing going. You used to pick me up from work late at night, prompt, on time, and with super friendly drivers. I used to get to Metropark with enough time to make my trains, and rewarded my driver handsomely. Then, one day you told me 10 minutes and it ended up being 20, causing me to miss my train and sit around for an hour when I could have well taken the damn bus. But that wasn’t the worst. Oh no no no.
One night, on my usual weekly pick up from work late and deliver to Metropark route, you never showed up. Like 20 minutes late. Like frustratingly knowing that my train would be far and gone, and I would have gotten home two hours later than I normally would, if the cab had JUST been on time and shown up. But no, that’s not the worst of it. When calling back to see what the hell happened to my damn cab, the dispatcher took the time to yell at me, call me a liar, and say that his driver was waiting outside for 20 minutes for me. Their taxis are bright blue and extremely hard to miss, even with dim lighting. I would have KNOWN if he was outside waiting for me. When asking him why the driver didn’t call me when he took my number down during my initial call, if the driver was indeed, waiting for 20 minutes, I got berated again and asked why the driver should have bothered calling me in the first place if I was in the right place at the right time.
Never ever again.
