I would give this place no stars if I could. I walked in 10 minutes ago w my 4 year old looking to get some donuts and sandwiches. I tried ordering a burrito and was told«we don’t have those anymore,» in a use voice. Then, I asked for 6 donuts and picked my daughter up to order. However, the cashier seeing this waited until I had my daughter and we started asking for our donuts to tell me I had to pay first. I set my daughter down, paid, then grabbed my daughter again to order our donuts. As we’re ordering it seemed as though we were an inconvenience the entire time(the cashier was rolling her eyes). I ordered three donuts and then tried to order an apple fritter and was told I can’t have that in the 6 pack. However, she made me pay first so I had to buy the fritter separately. At no point did I get a, «hi how are you,» from the cashier or her cronies in the back and felt like I was an inconvenience the entire time. I’ll stick w the drive through from now on. Also, their coffee is made w more water than coffee and it tastes watered down.

I like this store for one reason: convenience. It’s close to where I work and it has a drive through. However, they’ve gotten my order wrong about 50% of the time. I order the same drink every time. I’m not sure if it’s their speaker box or the language barrier, but today is my last day going here. I’m tired of wasting my money on drinks I can’t even enjoy. Thankfully, there’s another dunkin I can frequent. Hopefully, I won’t have this same problem there. My message to the dunkin district team: please up your quality control.

DD’s coffee has been tasting really gross for the past year or more. They must have changed the type of beans or something. The regular coffee is too watery and weak. The dark roast is way too strong, even for a dark roast, and it tastes like mud. This location is pretty convenient and clean. Nice crew. Wish the coffee tasted good ALL the time.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts and I really want to like this location. My favorite drink is there ice caramel swirl latte however since I’ve moved to this area I have yet to enjoy one. I have attempted to order from this location numerous times and it always tastes horrible. Today was my last visit and my coffee tasted like an ashtray. It was promptly poured down the drain. Go to Starbucks.

Very slow service. Missing favorite flavor of coffee and wake up wraps multiple days in a row. I wish there was another convenient location.

Pitiful! We decided to go to Baskin Robbins for some dessert after Cinco de Mayo dinner. We got to BR at 9:30 and they had already put away all the ice cream. This store closes at 10 pm so they should have ice cream to serve until 10. I guess that the employees getting out of the store by 10 is more important than making another $ 20 for the day. Also very overpriced. 2 large cappuccino blast is $ 13. Really? That’s even high than Starbucks prices. This franchise doesn’t want our business. The store on Old Bridge is at least open when they should be.

Everytime I come here they always miss something on my order. So I would advise everyone to check your order before you leave. There coffees are never made consistent, so one day it might be good and the next it might be nasty. The store is always clean and the staff is great here. The breakfast is pretty decent but served barley hot.

I hate to have to say this but this has to be the worst dunkin donuts/Baskin Robbins location I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately this is the closest location to me and I try to give it another try every single time hoping it has changed. This location never has anything that’s on their menu. No selection of donuts ever and deff no flavors of ice cream ever available but they are on the menu. They might as well close early since they don’t have half their food. I don’t know why they even exist and how they are making it. Today I gave it another try and once again I’m dissapointed. I ended up cancelling my order due to the unavailability. I think the manager needs to pay more attention to the problems all customers are having here with their lack of inventory. If there was no star in would give it zero star.

I must say that although I previously refused to come here, I have quite often. They fixed the speaker system which makes it easier to hear and understand. The coffee is still not the best that I have had. It still tastes watery no matter which flavor you get. The doughnut holes taste fresher when you get them early on. The customer service here has slightly improved as well since they have newer employees.

This store has really improved over the last 6 months. The drive thru speakers were fixed and my order is consistently correct. Im so glad they got it together and will continue to come here for both dunkin and baskin.

I’ve been here several times and have learned you need to walk inside to get your order correct with decent service. My last visit was a very busy Sunday morning. Once inside, I was greeted and had excellent customer service! All the employees seemed to be hustling and serving everyone’s needs as quickly as possible.

I keep seeing the commercials for a Arnold Palmer coolatta so I decided to get one. Pulling up the the drive through, I saw 3 different signs screaming to me to try it! I get up to order and the speaker sounds like something that was made in 1922 and a A.M. Station was being broadcasted out of it. Could barely hear the guy. I order myself an «Arnold Palmer Coolatta». The voice behind the crackley speaker comes back with«we ain’t got no Arnold Palmer» So to my surprise… I desperately look at the menu trying to find the other flavors, once I got past the«try the NEW Arnold Palmer Coolatta«posters, I couldn’t find them anywhere. So I asked the crackled voice man behind the speaker what other flavors do they have? He comes back with(*sigh* it’s on the menu*) well, luckily I can read minds and asked if they watermelon, and he said«yeah, pull around». He must be able to read minds too cause he just knew I didn’t want anything else! I was amazed! So if you want poor service, only want to order one thing and get treated like you’re troubling them, this place is for you!

Went in after lunch on a Saturday. A few customers in front of us. TV was loud and needs to be turned down. The business is clean and someone is always cleaning up tables. I appreciate that. We noticed the add for double scoop Sundays on the door and decided to have a couple. When we placed our order for 2 two scoop Sundays, we got the smallest scoops I’ve ever received at B&R. The picture shows two big scoops of ice cream that extend above the container. Our two scoops didn’t even come close to the top of the cup. When I asked for the right amount of ice cream and pointed to the sign, the girl told us that that the amount we received was the scoop size she was trained to provide. We said thank you, but we’ll pass on the ice cream and left. If the owner or manager reads this, I think you or corporate need to do some quality control on your training and portions. I’ve been here before for donuts(Dunkin) and will go back for the donuts, but will watch the ice cream portions before ordering ice cream again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in there April 26th with my mother and my fiancé to get some ice cream. When we went in and it looked like they were cleaning to close up and it was only 8PM. I asked for an Oreo 31 below and was told they were out of the ice cream and the Oreos and that the machine was broken. I accepted that things break and ordered a milk shake. After we had paid and sat down a family came in and placed there order. As their orders were being completed the staff called them out. Imagine my surprise and anger when not one but TWO31 belows were called out. When my mother asked why they were allowed to order that item but I wasn’t we were given the pathetic excuse that they fixed the machine in the span of 5 minutes. This location and ALL Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins have lost my business and I’m going to go out of my way to tell any and every person I meet who mentions this place to never go there. I work in retail, and whether you sell goods or food, you never intentionally lie to a customer.

This location is terrible all over. The audio speaker to order from is abysmal, and has been for months. I told the manager and they still haven’t fixed it. I was also slighted on my order after driving home — more than once, and my orders are very simple. I also called one of their drinks by a Starbucks name which offended the manager, who came to the window and tried to over educate me in snobbish manner. The reality is that Dunkin Donuts isn’t on every street corner and I shouldn’t understand their jargon on the fly. Either way, the are no Starbucks or Juan Valdez type of staff. The regional manager needs to spend more time at this location, build a team that pays attention to detail, upgrade the speaker, and appreciate customer who are open to coffee alternatives other than Starbucks.

This will be the easiest one-star review I have ever written. I went here to get a dozen donuts for my family. They did not have ANY donuts. A Dunken Donuts with no donuts!

I got told to park in front of the store to wait for my pumpkin white chocolate latte. 10 to 15 minutes later, I walked in the store and they completely forgot about my order. I saw cars leaving the drive thru and people walking out with their coffee and was pissed! The whole purpose of going to the drive thru is to keep it moving but these people are a joke. When I went inside to get my latte they argued with me that they had already brought it out when it was for another lady and then they started arguing amongst each other. Sad sad customer service. I will stick with Starbucks even though they cost more; they are at least competent, pleasant and they remember my name.

They are almost ALWAYS out of half the donuts. And the donuts are always a little on the hard side, not fresh. The service here is often poor and they seem confused on what donuts are where. I prefer the dunkin’ donut shop in Dumfries where the service and donuts are better. As for Baskins-Robbins ice cream, well I gave up on that long ago. They seem to walk the line between being uneatable and you can manage to eat it. Like Russel-Stover chocolates which are some of the WORST chocolates I’ve had.

Had to update & give them another star as their ice coffee is pretty decent. Not sure why the hot coffee is so weak yet the ice coffee is good but it is. Tried the turtle flavor –caramel chocolate flavor — yum. quite good. I had the mocha a couple times too. Pretty good as long as you don’t get it sweetened. The syrup has enough sweetner in it. So unless you like super syrupy sweet drinks don’t get it sweetened & it will be good. Also, the Baskin Robbins has fantastic pralines & cream ice cream.(when they have it in) It’s ultra rich & creamy. The new triple choc. flavor is quite good too.
