Absolute worst service I have ever experienced… and that is not an exaggeration. We bought a dishwasher from Best Buy and paid for delivery & installation as well. Pacific Kitchen and Home and XPO installers would be in charge of delivery and installation. The Saturday it was supposed to come we had a blizzard so we rescheduled for the next Saturday. The installer arrived, walked into my kitchen and says«where’s the dishwasher?» I am dumbfounded and ask him«don’t YOU have it?!» Apparently the installer thought that the company had already delivered it. He called them and they basically said oops we have none in stock right now. So we rescheduled for the NEXT Saturday. I was later informed that my grandfather’s 96th birthday party would be that day so I called Pacific and asked them for a specific time window so I could make it on time. They agreed. The day before they were to come out I got a call notifying me that the time window was different from what was agreed upon. I called and let them know this was unacceptable. I also called the installers and let them know. Both let me know that they would notify the appropriate people. Next day rolls around, it’s two hours before my grandfather’s party and no word from them. I call again and they inform me they don’t know where the installer is and they had no idea I wanted a certain time frame. They switch me to another person who begins by acknowledging that it was noted in my file that I DID want a specific time frame so either the first person was lying or their communication is terrible. The woman lets me know she got in contact with the installer and he will be calling me in 2 minutes. He never calls and 15 minutes later SHE calls me back and informs me that he won’t be at my house until after 5(party starts at 4). So I cancel AGAIN and am fuming by this point. The woman tries to appease me by offering that I get to pick the time frame for this 4th attempt at installation. I tell her I want a morning time frame. Day before the 4th attempt, it’s 6 pm and I have still not received a phone call with the time frame. I call them and am told 3 pm to 7 pm!!! I am losing my mind at this point and explain for what seems to be the millionth time that I was told something that is again not being honored. She shrugs it off at first(time is based on the route, nothing we can do, etc.) I tell her she needs to fix this so she puts me on hold, comes back and says ok time change to 9 – 1. Well guess what, 1 pm rolls around and they are still not here(big surprise) so I call and they say«we have your time frame from 3 – 7. 9 – 1 was only a possibility. We can’t guarantee it.» Well you DID guarantee it. In fact it was YOUR suggestion to give me my choice of time frame to appease me for all of the screw ups. The woman finally offered to send me a gift card which is the least they can do at this point and something I don’t really expect to ever receive anyway knowing how they operate. I have honestly never experienced this much incompetence in my dealing with a company. Do yourself a favor and DONOT order an appliance from Best Buy or anywhere else that is affiliated with these morons. UPDATE:(March 2016) not only did I never receive the gift card promised, but when they finally installed the dishwasher they did not reinstall the waterline properly and it leaked and caused water damage to our kitchen cabinets, floors and ceiling in our basement. I am a week from giving birth to my first baby and now we have potential mold issues, construction and legal issues to deal with in trying to get them to acknowledge and pay for their error. This is a nightmare no one else should go through. I stress again, AVOID these people at all costs!

I will now buy all of my appliances from Pacific, but I will never purchase a Bosch product. I had a terrible experience with a Bosch dishwasher. But Jefferson Bates quickly rectified the situation and replaced the terrible Bosch dishwasher. Jefferson Bates made me believe in customer service again. He is an outstanding representative for Pacific Kitchen & Home
