Worst customer service ever. Ignorant and ghetto are words to describe the management style.
Be aware of the fact that they will raise your storage fee every three to four months. Climate control storage is not climate controlled. There is one dolly cart for the entire storage unit; so bring your own.

What a great facility. This class A storage establishment has all the amenities to give you a pleasurable storage experience. Gated access with a large variety of unit sizes are just a few reasons I would recommend Storage Direct to any family and friends. I suggest you come by today and get your ½ month for free on a wide variety of selected units. Thanks Storage Direct team for you hard work and dedication.

I will not be using this place again.
As bad as it gets. Awful customer service. People working there are clueless and rude.
The storage locker we paid for had a lock on it. So we were unable to get access to our locker. We had to wait in the cold and rain until an attendant finally showed up (with a frown I might add). She was displease that we had «buzzed her at home»
We were extremely inconvenienced and yet they employee made it seem like we were the ones inconveniencing her. So not only were we not able to get access to our locker, the gate was broken and our code didn’t work.
To sum things up…
Bad customer service
Bad management
And bad standard operating procedures
It was as bad as a storage facility could be.
