Windsor at Potomac Vista

There are pros and cons about this apartment complex. Pros include well kept grounds, very friendly office and maintenance staff, renovated apartments for a decent price, washer and dryer in the apartment, and plenty of parking.
Cons include:
–CRICKETS! So many crickets!
–Washer is very small and dryer doesn’t always dry clothes
–Apartments are renovated but still very old
–These apartments are in a bad and congested area of Woodbridge
–Biggest con of all was a maintenance issue I experienced with the heat. The heat would jump to 98 degrees overnight even though we had the heat set in the low 70’s. Maintenance came out five times but did not fix the issue and would not replace the heater. After working with the property manager, I was provided a refund of $ 100 for the heating bills.
Overall, while I did have some issues with the quality of the apartments, I was overall happy with the grounds and staff. I would recommend it if you are looking for a cheaper apartment near DC.
