Great place nice big matt they have adult and kids classes. Judo, Brazilian jiu~jitsu, and thai boxing. You can take all, one or any combination of classes. My oldest lives it.

My son has been training with Yamasaki academy for six years. If your looking to lose weight or if you looking to compete you will feel welcomed in a true family atmosphere. The trainers are all top notch and have competed and won at the highest levels of Muay Thai, MMA, and Jiu Jitsu.

I absolutely love this place! Ms. Sanchez and all the instructors are incredible. My son is 12 and has been taking classes for about 6 months and he really enjoys it. Ms. Sanchez and her staff have made learning Tae Kwon Do fun but at the same time she expects the children to work hard. They are not the typical martial arts school where the more you pay the higher up in rank you move. The prices are very fair and she does not require a contract like most places. She wants the students to want to come to class. I checked around at a few other places and felt like they wanted me sign a year contract weather he showed up or not. Anyone interested in learning more should stop by or give them a call @ 571−527−9425. Childrens classes are Tuesday and Thursday evening, and Saturday afternoon. They are located near Lowes in Woodbridge off of Minnieville Rd.

Excellent school, instructors, and programs. They have MMA, Brazilian jiu jitsu, grappling, wrestling, and Muay Thai. BJJ and grappling typically are taught by a black belt. MMA is taught by present and past professional MMA fighters. Wrestling is taught by former wrestlers and current wrestling coaches. The school encourages (but doesn’t require) students to compete in local or broader competitions. Many compete in regional BJJ and grappling tournaments (Copa Nova, US Grappling, NAGA). Several MMA students have competed in – and won belts at – Operation Octagon and Lights Out Combat. Some of the Muay Thai students have competed nationally and internationally. But the school is really for all levels of skills. Women are also welcomed. In addition, the school has a children’s martial arts program.
