great for dentistry, not ortho. I share this so you can exercise awareness and to be informed in doing invisalign. the clinic staff are nice, but not the service i expected. addressed my problems with the treatment when i was starting to see towards the end of my treatment and was verbally told i could get mid term corrections, but the issues weren’t acknowledged, never followed up on with solutions to fixing them, didn’t want to provide me a midterm correction and wanted to wait until the end of my treatment for a re-evaluation. don’t feel confident that a re-evaluation was going to happen after addressing the issues a few times in office and through email and asking the first time for copies of contract papers to see what i paid for. problems that came up needed to be addressed ASAP. got a second opinion from an orthodontist and they confirmed and acknowledged my concerns. ended up having to switch provider and they are an actual orthodontist, not a general dentist. i still have to fork up another $ 2500 to get my teeth corrected and fixed properly. i’ll be seeing a 1% elite invisalign provider. wasn’t satisfied with 6 week consultations. they were 5 – 10 meetings at best. no real evaluation of progress and little inspection on how the teeth should be moving, but that’s the work of an orthodontist, not a dentist. you get what you pay for. if the work was too extensive or out of his expertise, ideally it would have been best to refer me to someone else but i had to figure it out myself through disappointment and some heartache. for spending a lot of money i don’t shell out on easily and waiting until i was an adult to be able to afford for fixing my smile, i expected a lot more. i expect perfection and top quality service with this kind of money, and especially when it comes to teeth. i get verbal promises but no follow through. not the kind of business i want to deal with. i like follow through and results. but that’s just me.
