This place(now closed) had a history of unique music and charitable events with great celebrities. Wish I could have been there more often. Too late now. Website & calendar is not available online. The club was closed by August 2012? After that, some reviewers can please keep out of religious crap and B.S. Get real man! C’mon you guys! Get to the truth in point. After all this, teens do need so much more other venues everywhere in WA. State. Maybe Bellevue’s Crossroads can step up to the plate soon through 2012 – 13. Keep up the jams!

We came here when staying in Bothell for the annual Wine Walk. We needed a place close to our hotel as the shuttle would only take us within 5 miles. It was country music night when we visited. Granted, we are not country fans, but the live band was fun and the crowd seemed to be having a great time. Enough to make me want to dance anyway ;) The food was pretty good, I ordered some pasta and it was a huge dish! My husband had the fish and chips and liked it. I was hoping to catch a rock band but each night is a different genre. I kinda like that though. I also liked that the crowd was a diverse mix of people. Not your typical young meat market. Yes, I’m 40 and getting old! I’d come back here again and check out another band. The place is huge.

Don’t come to big daddys in woodinville, its my birthday and I called to reserved seats to have my friends come and join me. I was told that if someone was here it was good, I reserved for to many, when I got here at 7 I gave up the one table I didn’t need and hung onto the ones I did. I sat here for more then two hours eating dinner not a cheap dinner either and having drinks and the owner mike came up and took one of my tables, he was a complete jerk about it. I explained to him that I called ahead of time and was told if someone was here, I can’t help if my friends work late. He was very rude and I come here and watch bands a lot, pay the cover and have dinner and drinks and I am not pleased, we will be rethinking our girls nights out or any more family outing at this establishment as he pretty much is ruining my bday. Rethink before u plan anything here. Other then when my favorite band plays this will not be an estalishment

Big Daddy’s is tough to describe. We came here for a friend’s 40th birthday party and oddly found that we were the younger folks in the crowd. There were ladies in their 60s with short mini skirts and stilettos getting down to Mr. Pink’s Corey-Hart-meets-Ben-Stiller lead singer and karaōke + live band sound. Being in Big Daddy’s made me feel like I had gotten in a hot tub time machine and this was a big frat party for people still in college after 20 yrs. The service was suboptimal and I had the unique experience of queuing up in a line to get a drink. If you were standing around the bar they would completely ignore you. Regardless, we were there for fun and fun we had. The best part of the night was when a guy told me I looked 21 instead of 40. Thank you handsome stranger for donning the beer goggles that night! Perfect venue for those nights when you don’t care if you look like an ass on the dance floor.

If I could give zero stars that would be more appropriate. Service sucked big time. You just lost a few customers here, hello Rooney’s.

I came here for an APA match. The pool tables are located in the far back and they have only four small tables. They are stationed close together so it makes for a tight fit. The food was okay. There really was nothing special about their menu. It was just your typical bar menu. My team and I all ordered food and left most of it uneaten. It was not that great, slightly overpriced, and gave you large portions. Not the best combination. Service was great. Of course we were the only ones there. Makes me wonder if this place is really any good…

They used to be closer to most of the shops in Woodinville, and were better back then. The«new» place is pretty open and has a lot of space, and more pool tables. Drinks are OK but you should stick to beer. The not-so-good is parking and when the band plays. Parking is sparse, so get there early. The cover for the band is always inflated, sometimes around $ 15. Once they came to our table and said, «Pay to stay.» That meant we had to pay the cover or leave. We’d been there for almost two hours at that point. Unfortunately there’s only one or two other places in Woodinville to go.

I can’t really say I recommend this place, truthfully. I can’t recommend it, for two reasons. It’s sexist, and it’s unwelcoming to teenagers. First, they have a «Ladies Night», where ladies get $ 3 drinks, and men pay full price. I know they’re not the only business to do this, but, why should I have to pay full price? If they either a) have a «Guys Night», or b) cancel«Ladies Night», I will reconsider my review. Second, I brought one of my coworkers this establishment, and informed him that teenagers liked to play pool here. Well, the manager saw my coworker and I talking, interrupted, and said, «No, this is a nightclub with live entertainment. I do not allow teenagers to hang out here.» I get it. However, what I would like this business to realize… This is Woodinville, and my community. It’s where I live. I do not want a nightclub in my community.

As others have said, the service is iffy. Depends quite a bit on where you sit, I think. Weekends especially are problematic with the crowds and the noise. The sound guy is a bit overambitious :). Food is acceptable bar food, nothing great.

Great food and the bartender is a really cool guy. Gets too crowded on weekends though. They have live music, but most of it sucks. If you’re into top40/classic rock covers and wall to wall yuppie meat, you might feel at home. Best to go during off peak times to better enjoy the food and ambiance or if you just want to have a beer and enjoy the great jukebox selection without too much fear of being shanked or annoyed by drunks.

Good food and decent proportions. I’ve been there for the live music and the place is well set up. It’s comfortable. It is also a great place to meet business associates and talk shop while enjoying the dinning. The wait staff has always been excellent even when things get busy. Parking is never a problem either. Thumbs up!

I enjoy going out for live music and dancing. This venue has that. A very good sound system, and the guy running the sound board is consistently good. I’ve found the staff to be friendly, and the food is pretty good. For a neighborhood bar, it’s pretty good sized. From around the room, there are flat screens to divert attention away from the people watching. It can get pretty busy when they bring in the better bands. On those nights, I like to get there early enough to get a seat, have dinner and mosey into my evening with dance moves. It’s fun. That’s what this place is about. I have a music televison show on Saturday night, 9:00PM, Sometimes I play video from Big Daddy’s on my show. Like I mentioned before, very good sound there.

Never watch a major sporting event here!!! TERRIBLESERVICE!!! Went to watch Seahawk playoff game there. 1st thing, We ordered breakfast before game started… at HALFTIME there still was no food. Server said he didn’t know why it was taking so long, then everyone around us got food. Ordered a pitcher of beer-that took over an hour. THEN the audio was terrible, you couldn’t hear the game at all! This place seemed like it would be fun, but it was the worst experience ever!!!

Great music venue for Woodinville. Okay food. But horrible service. Its not worth going in my opinion, more a hassle than relaxing bar atmosphere. Not a sports bar what so ever.

Whats with the blond haired bitch manager always on the computer with glasses on sitting at the bar drinking and smoking anyway… go in all the time, spend a lot of money, and shes got this frown with a look of disgust all the time. Doesn’t make me feel like I want to go back again Looks like she has her little click of barfly friends and if you dont kiss her ass or something… then you get the frown.

If you like classic rock played by guys with mullets then this is your place. But seriously we ended up at this place after going to The Workshop Tavern(last i heard it shut down). Since I’m not from here it seemed like every bar had Redhook on tap and for cheap. We had a few pitchers of RH Blonde and enjoyed the band, it’s was like karaōke with instruments. I guess you could say I had a great time — gotta love the dive bar scene.

Why are they in a corporate office? I have been here two or three times and it is awful. The service is horrible, and they seem confused about what hours they are open. The bartenders were just annoying, very annoying. I either run across great bartenders or shitty ones who complain about their jobs and rather chat with their co-workers than refill a drink. It really just isn’t a fun place.

To me, this place seems to be going through an identity crisis. It needs to decide whether it wants to now position itself as a great restaurant or a fun bar/nightclub to hang out at. While I cannot personally rate the food, I have had several locals comment on how good the food actually is… so kudos for that. While the style of music is not completely my favorite many nights the sound system is amazing, the dance floor is large, and they do have talented bands that can often draw a large crowd… so kudos to that. Good beer, liquor… all at good prices… kudos to that. Several pool tables and a good place to play some games… kudos to that. So why the three star rating… because these don’t all belong at the same place at the same time… and cover can be quite high. The most offensive part of this building is my friends who have come in for dinner on a weekend then half way through their meal were told they had to pay $ 10 to keep«hanging out.» The old Big Daddy’s didn’t seem to have as hard a time defining itself and I hope this one will be able to soon. Until then I’ll go… when I want to stay in Woodinville as there aren’t really any other decent options. However, I’m still willing to drive a few extra miles for an atmosphere that excites me more.

After the Super JocknJill ½ marathon in Woodinville we decided to dtich the long line at Redhook and headed to Big Daddy’s for a beer and burgers. This place is huge! But, we were one of three parties who stopped in. The second we walked in the door we were hit with an overwhelming smell of Lysol-type cleaner. Yikes! The service was A+, the food was just okay, and the cost was too high for what we got. Glad I gave it a shot(because I’d been wanting to try it) but I won’t be back. Nothing special.

The new location of the Big Daddy’s in Woodinville, is kind of hidden near the train tracks off of NE177th Pl. Probably the easiest way of getting there is from I’405, taking the 131st Ave NE exit, and heading south, and turning left unto NE177thPL. It’s very hard to miss on the left. What I noticed first about this new location, other than I felt like I was in a revamped office, was the baby in a mother’s arms. I don’t recall ever seeing that at the old location, but perhaps Big Daddy’s is taking the leap from honky tonk bar to bar and restaurant? Which in that instance, the bar itself is considered a restaurant until 9pm, thus kids of all shapes and size’s, and noise level’s would be welcome! Now there are plus’s and negative’s to both this. +, A nice place with a little shadyness, that you can take your kids to and still hang out with your friends! That can be very liberating for young and new parent’s who have found the hard reality of trying to have a life after baby. -, If your hanging out with your fiends and you are trying to escape the kid aspect, then this might not be so good? But if that is the case, you can always hide in the Bar area where kids clearly would NOT be welcome, or near the pool tables. It’s also VERY loud from all the people talking and chatting! You will probably want to get there über early, I got there at 7pm and it was hopping and within 30 min’s there were no seats to be found in the bar area. And by 9pm, there was actually a line outside! Another thing is they are too busy to itemize your bill or seperate your bill! So if you are in a group or on a date, you will probably want to bring cash, especially if the date turns out badly and you need to escape quick! Our waiter was nice, and was able to give us a little bits of dialogue as he sweated his way through the densely populated crowd. And he managed to trip on my chair twice, which meant that he totally wanted me! Probably not, but he did not spill any food or drink thankfully. I hesitate to add this last part, but in all fairness, you have eyes and will see it anyways. I was a little shocked by the massive Cougar Populace! Let’s just say many! All in all, not too bad… but not too grand. Simple food and occasionally live music.
