Terrible customer service. TERRIBLE. Also the food I ordered(4 tacos) was ice cold and appeared to have never been cooked as the cheese was still cold. I would not eat here EVER again. When I called the store manager to let her know what had happened she seemed unconcerned and only offered me 4 more tacos. HELLNO!

What can you say about Jack in the Box, open 24⁄7365 days a year. Been to this location dozens of times. They’ve got my order right 85% of the time.

We live very close to this location and therefore whenever we are eating fast food this is are go to. Normally we receive very nice service, however when ever we encounter this one older hispanic woman we have absolutely TERRIBLE service. When ordering in the drive through she very purposefully interrupts you by saying«what else?» when you haven’t even finished what you were saying. Then when we reach the window she acts like we are an inconvenience to her. She is not representing this restaurant well.

I used to grab lunch here many times if I was in the area for work or on the weekend. They always gave fast service with fresh fast food. The one time that they got my order wrong, I received a replacement meal after bringing in the receipt. Occasionally the interior would be a little dirty but that’s normal with fast food.

Jack in the Box is a favorite chain due to their varied menu and being open 24⁄7. I really like the 24⁄7 part as I’m often up all night working on a project for work or studying for the bar exam. The location is in a great location as it’s not far from home and I can hit my bank’s ATM and do other errands. Service and food here is find during lunch and dinner but early morning anything goes ! Incident #1 — Monday at 5:30AM peak rush hour breakfast time. I order burgers as I’ve been up all night. They are out of beef. None until 10AM. I order breakfast sandwiches with bacon or sausage. Sorry out of that also. No meat to be found here during peak time. Eggs fine. I drove off and went to another location. Incident #2 — Tuesday at 4:30AM. Out of beef and out of bacon and sausage again. Not doing chicken guys or anything else. Incident #3 — Afternoon and something odd came over me and I tried to eat something healthy. It doesn’t happen often. I order a salad. I eat half of it and discover the lettuce on the bottom is black. WTF ! I try to eat healthy and I get spoiled stuff likely to make me sick. And it does. Chic food often makes dudes sick when it’s fresh when it’s not it’s guaranteed to do it. I always report stuff like these things to management so they can know what’s going on at their place. If I were them I’d want to know. So be prepared to pick up some egg rolls and jalapeño poppers in the AM. The breakfast of champions !

I’m not a big fast food eater, but, in the event that we do go. Jack in the Box tops the list.

I’ve been here a few times and have finally decided I’m going to start eating at Wendy’s up the street after my last experience. This employee there named Grant, I think it was, who is really annoying and has no manners at all. He kept coughing super loud right behind us while he was taking out a trash bag he was flinging it around everywhere to open the bag during my conversation with my friend and I had to continuously raise my voice just to talk over his clumsiness. Then when we received our order the burger meat patty itself was barely warm and my buddy’s fries were COLD. So, my buddy who is such a nice guy, politely and jokingly went to the front and asked if he could get his fries warmed up a bit(completely joking) or have new ones. Grant actually took the fries, put them in the MICROWAVE, heated them up and served them back!!! He obviously missed the joke and this service was the worst I’ve ever had. I threw away those fries and bought my friend some new ones. We couldn’t believe it. What a dumb*** employee. I rated it two stars because at least our order was right. Again, going to Wendy’s up the street from now on.

Used to come here occasionally, never again. Poor order-taking skills. After three attempts, with two clerks(one just barged into my ordering, moving the 1st clerk aside unrelated to my ordering difficulties), I gave up and left. She apologized, said they were busy. There was no one in the restaurant, and one car in the drive thru. This crew has problems!

Been here a few times, mostly drive-thru — Rating this as an inexpensive, fast-food restaraunt Orders right, friendly service, fast, food hot and in my opinion, tasty. And YES, I DO love my 2/$.99 tacos. Green rating — great, everything comes in biodegradable paper.

Came in late to get a couple snacks for a movie, and the guy who is taking my order keeps messing with me and having me repeat my order over and over. We finally get to the window and he still can’t get the order right. Kept asking what we ordered and what we didn’t. I would bet all the tea in China this tall lanky guy is really really high. It’s just really annoying dealing with someone you think that’s f’ing with you on purpose. I didn’t eat my food because I was scared something had been tampered with. Thanks for wasting my ten dollars J Box. Might I had he forgot utensils and syrup. The icing on the cake

The great thing about Jack in the Box is that they seem to have mastered the art of delivering great hamburgers and french fries at the same temperature and flavor throughout their locations. I wish they would bring back the Outlaw Burger though. I’ve visited this location since moving to Bothell recently and the fries always seem to be served hot. The employees also seem to be generally freindly.

No offense to Julia, but I wanted the Ciabatta thing. Evidently Ciabata translates into Ultimately(bad) double bacon cheese burger in Spanish! They got the curly fries right. Once again I am confirming that the Death In The Box ultimate cheese burger is ultimately bad. .. . **BARF**

This is not quite standard fast food. They have so many things on their menu that it sort of makes my head spin. My fiancé and his daughter think this is the best fast food going, but I think it’s slightly better than average and that’s it. Most of my complaints center around breakfast. They serve their breakfast sandwiches on HAMBURGER rolls! To me, a breakfast thing should come on a proper buttermilk biscuit, and since we don’t have Biscuitville here, McDonald’s will have to do. Hamburger rolls. Really. That is so gross! Their fries are OK but not my favorite(I can never really decide but in the fast food category I think McDonald’s fries are best.) Onion rings are really variable; if they make them fresh for you, they’re pretty good; if they’ve been waiting for any length of time, they suck. The burgers are acceptable though I don’t like the ciabatta thing. I prefer the buns at Burger King. I give them an extra star for special-ordering anything. You’ll never get any grief about the sauce you want or don’t want, sandwich topping choices, and the like. The dining room and drivethru are both open 24 hours which can be a good thing sometimes, especially in Woodinville. They just remodeled the interior of this location and they did a nice job. It’s a pleasant place to eat as long as there’s not too many of the coffee-can-muffler-Honda teenagers hanging around.
