I was very pleased with the service and quality job PrintWest did for my small business. You definitely get what you pay for — yeah, Kinko’s is cheaper, but their colors never quite end up matching our company’s logo — and well, the level of individual attention is somewhat lacking.
Since this was a «first time» job using our new artwork, I had to call in to figure out how to get my images to them — customer service was extremely nice — and patient :-) — with my own technological difficulties.
PrintWest put the extra time and attention into my job — who could ask for more? The final product had a really cool finish, and the colors «wow» all my clients who get these marketing pieces! Will recommend PrintWest and use on future marketing pieces.
