Updated Review: Was able to make telephone contact with the company and they sent the replacement parts needed. Original Review: Ordered 4 wooden bar stools from Amazon. Enclosed in the packaging was a form to fill out and fax if replacement parts were needed. One of the stools had poorly drilled holes and when we assembled that stool a piece broke. Instead of returning it to Amazon I filled out the replacement part form and faxed it. It’s now been 4 weeks and we have received nothing. A week ago I went on their website and filled out a customer service email asking whether I should return to Amazon or continue to wait for the part. No response. Hum.

We ordered a cabinet for our bathroom and several different screws were missing. I sent a note through their online help and never recieved a response. I tried faxing, but their fax machine was apparently down. Unless they are hand-packaging these kits, I don’t understand how they can miscount parts!

I have had the worst experience with this company and their customer service! I ordered an item from Target –which is supplied by Winsome Trading. I spent over $ 200 for a media stand and the top(large mahogany piece of wood) came damaged. I had to wait 4 weeks for a replacement top… oh and that is worse off than the first one! Terrible customer service.
