I frequently visit this location. Love the food. I switch up from the cold and hot menu time to time. Never had a problem with quality of food, always amazing. Management and customer service is phenomenal as well. Great staff, always welcoming and you can tell they have a good dynamic going, everyone moves fast, and always friendly.

Great employees! Very kind and make delicious sandwiches! All 3 girls have a great welcoming smile and make your order the way you like it. Place looks super clean and is well kept and restocked with the freshest ingredients daily!

Jersey mikes food is great. This location is up and down depending on who is working. Staff seems unhappy to be working unless there is a manager on duty then stuff is getting done!

Had my first bad experience at Jersey Mikes today. The girl was too busy talking to other employees that she screwed up my sandwich and I had to interrupt her twice to ask questions. I was so disappointed in my visit that I’m not sure if I will return.

Im giving their philly cheese steak a 1 star. My husband and I’s first time ever trying Jersey Mike’s and it was AWFUL! Barely any meat and only saw a few peppers and onions, whatever that sauce they put in it is gross too! Not sure how this sandwhich got so famouse! Definitely not worth almost $ 16 bucks!

So delightfully pleased after visiting our slow, ineffective, unfriendly, understaffed, «home» JM! Travis and his team took our order, asked for our ingredients and got us in and out in about 5 minutes total. Bear in mind, this was 4 jumbos with specialized ingredients. At first there were only two people and poof a third person popped in at the register upon seeing more clients walking in. One was slicing the bread, cheese and meats and Travis was assembling the«works» station. Talk about speed and efficiency! He also put all my special condiments in a cup with lid. The best part was, the ENTIRE staff was courteous, respectful and service with smiles always makes our day! Thank you guys so much, for employing such a great team! We WILL make the extra drive to come here and will always call to see if Travis and team are there! Great job guys and off to the beach we go. Thanks for making our day! We first, went to the Vanowen location and left after standing and waiting at least 5 – 8 minutes after looking over the menu(another 4 minutes) and watching about 5 – 7 customers walk in and turn right around due to the speed and lack of efficiency of the staff preparing the sandwiches. The lady that was taking the order was(not exaggerating here) slicing each piece and laying it «just right» on the bread even picking it up and rearranging it… not even once looking at the next customer to say«I’ll be right with you» all the whole while just one after another customer walks out. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve been here twice in the last week and I always order the Chicken Parm Sandwich it’s okay. Not great, not bad but I like it. I will say I have never had any problems with the customer service there and I’ve been there many times. Today I went for my birthday and got a free sandwich and drink. That’s quite a deal. I suggest everybody should sign up on their website. On another note, I have listened to people order when I’m in line and the requests they want are sometimes outlandish and I can’t even understand them. I give credit to the kids that work there because I would want to tell some of those people I can’t effin’ understand you! Anyway, I’ll be back.

If I had to describe Jersey Mike’s in three words they would be fresh, fast and friendly. The food is always fresh. The bread is soft and the meat doesn’t have a weird refrigerator taste or deli meat slime/juices. They sandwich artist are swift and neat and always willing to help where they can. They’re never stingy with the meat or condiments and make sure the sandwich is made exactly to your liking. At $ 14 the jumbo sub is easily enough for two very hungry adults which makes for a solid deal. The Italian sub with bacon is popular in our house but I’m sure the other sandwiches are just as delicious.

Made a large order over the phone of different sandwiches. The lady who took my order over phone was very kind and helpful. She informed me she needed to take a card to be able make that many sandwich I asked if it was okay to pay separately when we got there and she said that was fine. Upon arrival the guy behind the counter noticed our large group and asked what we were doing why we’re standing there in a very rude tone trying to get us out of the way of the line he had. He sent us to the other counter to start paying and as we were paying I could over hear him complaining that we were paying separately and saying we should of been paying on one card and so on. The way he treated us was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I saw the review from shimon B. and I couldn’t help but share my experience with the same exact person. The same manager that was in her video was extremely rude to me as well. I was ordering 3 different sandwiches. I started ordering and he cut me off to tell me he can’t take my order right away. They were busy so I understood. He finally came back and asked me for my order again only to rudely ask me why I had to order every deli meat in the deli case. I told him I was sorry that his job sucked and continued ordering. So unbelievably rude. As long as he is working there I will not go back and I will let everyone I know to not go in there as well.

I don’t get over to Jerry’s nearly as much as I’d like any more but they still make the best roast beef sandwich in the world! They have a vast menu that will fit almost any appetite and if you happen to get by the woodland hills location make sure you have Dayna serve you, she’s a huge cut above any other server, takes her job serious and seems to bring me what I need before I ask!

I have been going to this location since they opened. Today for some reason the manager was very rude to me in front of my teenage son. I had gone in the day before ordering a simple roast beef sandwich with no cheese. No issues, in and out. Today for some reason I ordered the same thing and the manager went off on me asking me why every time I come in, I have a complaint. Of course being caught of guard, I asked(Earl Adams) why he would be so rude to ask me such a question? His response was of course with no merit as I asked him was the last time I complained about anything. I have only been to the sub place 3 times in the last 6 months which concerns me that he had me either mixed up with another customer or the fact I was white and he was African American. I would hate to think this is a race issue, but I cannot for the life of me understand were the animosity came from. I will admit I did raise my voice but only because he was antagonizing me and just being so damn rude. I am not sure how the owner will handle this matter, but I hope he does the right thing since nobody should be treated in this manner. I would hate to think its a race thing, but unless proven otherwise, I can only think that at this point.

I was first introduced to Jersey Mike’s when I worked in Manhattan Beach. Their Hawthorne location was one of my faves to go to for lunch. I no longer work in MB but recently moved to our Woodland Hills location. I was thrilled to have one of their awesome sandwiches again so I went in for lunch. Looking over the menu, I noticed a sausage and peppers sub that I don’t recall having seen before, so I order that. A young kid tells me that he’d have to check with his supervisor to see if he could make that. I was confused but before I could ask anything, the guy was on my side of the register asking a woman if he could make the sausage and peppers sub, the woman seemed irritated said, «yes! The sausage is in the back in the freezer,» as she went to the back. Freezer? O_o doesn’t sound very fresh to me. I tried getting the kid’s attention but he cut me off saying his supervisor was calling the store manager to see if they could make the sausage and peppers sub. I was really put off by this as I don’t understand why they need a store manager’s permission to make a sandwich. I ended up leaving as a result of this.

These employees do not have a system. Meaning they are all over the place. I’ve never had a bad experience with Jersey Mikes, but this time was bad. I think the owner was passing around cookies, well more like throwing them at the table we were eating on. One of my crew members ordered a #17, so did three other people BEHIND us. We asked what was taking so long because three hot sandwiches had gone out, and we still hadn’t received ours. They told us that those sandwiches were phone orders when they were clearly being handed out to the people who were in line behind us. Owner or manager paid for the sandwich after he was aware of what was going on and apologized. Still love Jersey Mikes just not this location. Good customer service, they just needed to get their line in order.

The manager did reach out to me and offered to refund my bill and offered credit to a future purchase. While I was not looking for anything in return his gesture was very nice. I would hope that he trains his staff better so no customer leaves dissatisfied and based on his response I believe he will. Good luck Jersey Mikes you are still my favorite sub restaurant and will give you another try.

Worst Jersey Mike’s EVER! Staff, Meh. not nearly as nice and friendly as the Torrance location(see my Unilocal). Food. WORST! Pastrami ruben: First off WHERE’S THEBEEF? The little bit of meat was like they took a knife and scrapped ends the meat off the end of a roast. It was so over chopped and overcooked and dry dry dry! I had cherry pepper relish on it and good thing because it would have been like a sand — sandwich without it. Hardly any kraut, There was more bread than anything, I asked for the bread grilled and it wasn’t. They also didn’t cut it in half. Won’t be visiting this JM again sadly since I am in this area 3 – 4 days a week.

My husband and I go here at least once a week! We love their freshly made sandwiches! They are huge and amazingly put together. Let’s be honest, Subway took its course and has officially died out. But no worries because Jersey Mikes is 10 times better and keeps you coming back. Perfect prices, sizes, combos. Staff are super friendly. Oh and you can order on the phone for pick up which makes it very convenient. They also cater to parties etc. love this place!
