I DO NOT KNOW WHY THIS IS ON THE REVIEWS FOR THIS COMPANY. …THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT THE WOODLAND MOTOCROSS PARK. PREVIOUSLY OWNED BY MERCINE AND JIM BLASDELL! THIS REVIEW HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MOTO X DEPOT! Went there to see if they had a race schedule posted and had a lady threaten me with a gun if I didn’t get off her property! I was scared to death… there is no sign posted that says «KEEP OUT» no «private property» sign. …gates wide open. …nothing indicating I could not walk onto the grounds. Lady pulled up in her car and told me she was going to sic her two dogs on me and that was the last of my worries because she also had a gun! !! I even tried to explain why I was there! ! I have her saying these things to me on video as well! I promptly left! I will never give this place my money, EVER!

Ordered a backpack online. I didn’t receive it. After 2 weeks I called them only to be told they would call me right back. Never got a call but I got the backpack in the mail a week later. The wrong back pack. It was not the one I ordered. Tried calling several times only to get an answering machine. Sent emails and got nothing. I had to cancel the transaction through my bank. Still haven’t heard anything from this vendor.
Definitely would not use them again!

The staff there is on it and always ready to give you a good price. Their prices are competitive and their service is great. They are really nice. Their inventory is impressive and their mechanic does great work. I love coming here.

Admittedly, they have a great selection and good prices. However, I on-​line ordered gear for my daughter for Christmas. It didn’t arrive in time for Christmas (or our New Years trip for that matter), which wasn’t a big deal and I was thankful they called me to let me know, but when we finally did rcv it, we found the pants to be a little too small, so I called to find out what we can do about exchanging them. Every time I call the toll free number it goes to something weird, not MotoX and every time I call the main line, I get a horrible voice-​mail recording and no one ever answers. I leave a voice-​mail with all the info, sometimes I get a call back, most of the time I don’t. The last time I spoke with someone (they’re always super nice), they were going to get a bigger size and let me know. I also mentioned the issues with the phone numbers (very unprofessional) too. That was almost 2 months ago, and several desert trips later, still nothing and desert season is coming to an end. Just called again. Same thing with phone numbers and having to leave a message. Hopefully I’ll get a call back this time and some closure. I’m pretty bummed it’s come to this (bad review). Com’on MotoX… Help a MX sister out!
