Walked thru the store and discovered, exactly the chair I’d been looking for! I’ve been Pinteresting ideas for my new office space… So the chair I wanted, was even hard to find online. So how lucky was I to just walk in Rebound and find it??? And then the price was a steal!!! I was honored the Unilocal voucher and got an amazing deal on my ghost chair!

I’ve been to other consignment stores that are expensive for «used furniture», and this store is very reasonable, I didn’t feel anything was unreasonable, or over priced!

Christina and Jenny are great people, and offered excellent customer service. I bought a used bed, and two wall hangings from them at a nice price. I’m very happy with everything. They have new stuff coming in all the time, and I will definitely go back from time to time.

I have both purchased from Rebound and sent my own clients their way to consign furniture, and I have never been disappointed. I usually find unique-​vintage or high-​end contemporary furniture and home décor here. They’re not against negotiating a bit on items that have been in the store for a little while which leaves me feeling like I got a super deal and is much appreciated! Anyone who thinks they’re overpriced should probably stick to thrift stores and garage sales! I’m dying to check out their new store location on Ventura!

In my search for a specific coffee table by Timothy Oulton, I found Rebound Furniture and oh boy am I glad that I did. After purchasing the table online to make sure it was ours, we made the 2 hour journey to pick it up. The location is right off of the freeway and easy to get to, they even have parking in the back.
The shop is hard to navigate because they have SO much stuff to choose from. I found the most delightful and unusal pieces in here. We came to pick up the table but we did more shopping while we were there and love EVERY piece.
The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and the owner is so easy to talk to. Even though they are so far away, I already stalk them online so that I can find more amazing pieces to go pick up. Definitely added to our favorite consignment store list!!!

Have to write an UPDATE!!! Still a great store !
I was sniffing around in the store and Rebound had a discounted wool rug rolled up in the back. I asked Sean and Joanie to roll it out for me. The rug was really dirty (discount) because it was as a floor sample and I asked them if I could take it out for a day and show it to my carpet cleaner guy. The answer was yes and Sean dragged the huge rug into my trunk. Off I went to carpet cleaner #1. His quote was a bit high for my budget so I returned the rug. Sean again dragged it out for me. Owner Jennie suggested another cleaning place who were having 40% off. I called them and this morning carpet cleaner #2 came out to the store to look at it and give me a quote. The quote was $ 80 less than the other one… OH YEAH ! Why I am writing this? Because I couldn’t make it to the store on time but with the continues great customer service and the joint efforts of Christina and Jennifer, the rug was rolled out for the cleaners, the quote was given to them, the ladies texted me and called me, they already have my card info on file… it saved me a trip and I got my rug !
How wonderful are they? This store is truly the poster child of good customer service and a collaboration of some wonderful people !
Thank you Jeanne, Jonnie, Sean, Christina and Jennifer ! I will be back to shop some more !
PS: they are moving and have great discounts! You better run over there !!!
