Thomas Reed Healthcare Inc

I went to this office for aquatic therapy 2 years ago. They did not file my insurance (medi-​medi) properly and are now, two years later, charging me $ 1300 and have sent me to collections without a single bill or conversation.
In the beginning they said they had trouble with my medicare. I said that no one else had any difficulty and to please work it out. They told me it was ok but apparently they did not follow through and they are demanding $ 1300. I have medi-​medi. Any problem should have been dealt with at the time. They said it had been. Nothing more was said until…
I got a bill a few months ago for $ 300. I called them bc I was told there would be no copay. They said they’d check and call me back. They didn’t.
I just got a «final» bill with no prior billing or communication, after two years. I’ve called 5 times. They refused to return my calls. This morning I got through to ask for copies of these «prior bills» and they hung up on me. I asked to speak to a higher up. They hung up on me. I asked for a call from the doctor. They hung up on me.
The people who run this office are incompetent, rude, do not follow through and are now sending this surprise bill for $ 1300 and have already sent it to collections.
BE VERY CAREFUL YOU DON’T GET SCREWED BY THIS OFFICE.

I have been going to Dr. Reed for a year to rehab a surgically repaired shoulder. Not only is his work great, he’s just a nice guy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Lisa, the office manager, while appearing a bit tough, is really sweet and nice. Don’t let her façade fool you. Great place for therapy. I actually look forward to the pain/​improvement every week inflicted by Paolo and Dr. Reed. Little by little, it’s getting better !

Dr Reed is very experienced & professional! He is patient & cares for his clients! Nice clean facility & friendly staff! The Physical therapists are great as well!

This review is way overdue, but better late then never. I came to Thomas Reed about a week after my ACL and menisci surgery. I came with hopes to go back to playing basketball, but my hopes weren’t that high. After a few therapy sessions I thought this recovery is going to take a lot of work and time, but it was worth it. I came back to basketball the same year, and I played better than I ever did before. After the season ended I joined the Varsity Wrestling team, where I continue to be undefeated. Dr. Reed and Paulo who worked with me everyday are the ones I owe all my success too. If it wasn’t for Thomas Reed Physical Therapy, I wouldn’t of known how far I could really push myself, so from the bottom of my heart, thank you. If you want to come back from your injury better than before, I highly recommend Thomas Reed.

Awful. My injury only got worse, meanwhile the «doctor» tried to sell me a $ 5000 water purifier that is part of an unproven pyramid scheme. they sent me a bill for twice what I paid at a legitimate phacility. There’s much better places nearby for physical therapy
