If I had an option for ZERO stars I would choose that! Worst experience & worst customer service I have ever experienced! I had a confirmed appointment from 2−3pm on saturday. At 12pm I received a call confirming the arrival times for the movers would now be between 2−4pm. Then at about 2:45pm I receive a call that the movers are running late and will be about 2 hours late. I started to panic a bit because I’m now moved back a few hours but I didn’t want to stress out in case they made it sooner. Now 4:45pm rolls around and I haven’t heard from anyone. I call the company multiple times and no answer, not even an answering machine. The numbers they called me from at 12pm and at 2:45 were blocked numbers so I could call those back. I tried to keep calling the office line and no answer. I then emailed the company asking for status, no response. At 5:15pm I get a call from the so-​called mover telling me they are still on the previous job and won’t be at my house for at least 2hrs!!! At that point I was mad and told him they either needed to schedule someone to come move my stuff immediately or move me the next day at a highly discounted price. The movers response was «f**k this move, I can give 2 sh**s about this» and hung up! Is that really the type of people working for this company? Highly unprofessional! I wouldn’t doubt this company is fraudulent! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, horrible service! I can’t believe they left a customer hanging!
