They don’t care about their customers.
I tried to order online (through their website), my card was charged already. Came their store to pick up my order but they said they did not receive the order. I called the online customer service and asked them to call the store about my order (since I already paid for it). After speaking with the customer service, the store employee still did not even try to help me get my sandwich. He just kept saying he couldn’t help me. DONT COME HERE.

Queens, NY
Newly opened subway, not much customers and often times aren’t busy here. That means the food aren’t fresh. The tomatoes they use was turning yellow and cucumbers looked all dried up. That was a really bad sub I ordered.
