Fast, friendly, always helpful. The staff go out of their way to make sure you have what you need in terms of eyewear and gear. They also make sure you understand insurance and what goes on in terms of payments. Special shout out to Roman, who makes my once yearly visits super easy, super fun and worth visiting this story repeatedly. Open Sundays, too, which is über convenient. Thanks for all you do. YOU ROCK!

Great place, super friendly and very patient employees. After about a half an hour or more of being on the phone with my insurance company Mr. Kulberg was finally able to get me approved for an eye exam. This place is easy to find and very professional. The doctor was very informative with every detail about my exam. Will be returning in a few months for my next exam.

Needed new glasses after I broke my old pair. I found this store because I work down the block. Roman was great and patient in helping me go through the large selection of frames they had. The frames are up to date with current trends. Definitely better service and personal care compared to bigger chain retailers.

I had been having a hard time seeing while driving and reading, and in deep denial about needing glasses (because 29 is too young to wear glasses apparently). Searching for places with some «fresh» frames became an extra curricular activity and hobby of mine, all the while still squinting through traffic. Lucky for me, I work in queens and came upon this store. Selection– amazing (super cute hipster glasses, CHECK!), Customer support and service– clear and concise, Prices– my wallet is still thanking me. Definitely check this place out! Pedestrians and stop signs will thank you!
