I had Intown do an overhaul on my 18′ garage door two weeks ago. Supposedly their work carried a 10 year warranty. Two weeks later one of the new springs broke. Tried calling to have them come and replace the spring. However, their number is now out of service and I have gotten no response to emails. If they are still in business I would be very wary of using them.
