Called for appointment for break in line after landscaping company had installed new shrubbery and was seen within 24 – 48 hours. Gentleman that came was friendly, knowledgable and efficient (efficient very important since they bill in 15 minute increments).
I would without hesitation recommend this company!

We love our invisible fence! We live on the side of a «bluff» and the terrain isn’t easy to negotiate for humans, and it was impossible to take the dog out for walks. Our dog very easily navigates the terrain and with the doggie door/invisible fence combination she is free to come and go whenever she pleases. I was surprised they could put the invisible fence around our property because of the steep incline, the dense woods, the creek, etc, but they had absolutely no problem. The training, customer service, and sales experiences we’ve had have all been great.

Been doing business with Invisible Fence for several years. It has worked great for my miniature poodle. It wasn’t hard to train him. He knows his boundaries and never leaves the yard even if he sees another dog in the street. The collar is lightweight and the battery lasts a long time. I would definitely recommend this underground fence system over any other brand. Customer service is excellent. Love it.

Great Customer service. We had some wire that was exposed a day after installation. They came out the next day and reburied the line. The training was professional and effective for our Bull Mastiff puppy.

Invisible Fence was outstanding! Excellent customer service on the phone and the technicians/installers were very knowledgeable. I needed them to come out two extra times to add more underground wire in front of the gates where she was jumping as my Beagle Hounddog mix is an escape artist! They helped me resolve the issue and would recommend them highly! :-)
