Good sub shop, good pizza and subs. They do deliver but sometimes takes awhile. After about 4 late orders the driver/owner gave us a while 40 to 50 $ order on the house to make up for being late a few times and a few mistakes. I recommend this sub shop.

The first time we got sandwiches from Atlas, everything was great. But it went straight downhill after that. I believe they can have a good product when they want to. The problem is, they just never seem to want to. My boyfriend stopped in on an afternoon and ordered subs to bring home. When he got home, my order was not what he ordered. I called to try and figure out what went wrong with the order. The immature female(who has identified herself as a manager in the past) wasn’t in the mood for this kind of phone call. So she started to press one of the keys on her phone. Which makes a loud beep in the ear of the person on the other end. Really? That’s how you handle customer service issues? And she thought it was funny. So, I sent my boyfriend back with the sandwich to get his money back. And because she’s a coward, and knows she was an ass on the phone, she sends some little guy who puffs up his chest, who thinks he is some kind of tough guy, over to talk to my boyfriend. Like he’s supposed to be intimated. What, you’re going to ‘kick someone’s ass because they don’t like your sandwich?’ That’s a great customer service strategy. This was the last of many problems we have had with Atlas since we moved here 4 months ago. We live only minutes from Atlas, and really wanted them to be our neighborhood go-to location for a quick bite. But then they become themselves, and ruin every order. We ordered food for delivery once. It took an hour and a half for our food to arrive. This was after 5 calls asking where it was, since the female rocket scientist that claims to be a manager told us our sandwiches would arrive in 20 minutes. I even called to cancel the order, and she said it should be arriving any minute. She also lied and said she would cancel our credit card transaction due to the inconvenience, and we would be comped the meal. She lied, the charge showed up on my credit card. And the sandwiches arrived stale, soggy and old. After the liar assured me that our order really had not been sitting for over an hour. But they were. This is in addition to the countless times we stopped in there and they would make excuses of why they would serve us. We walked in at 8pm a couple times(they claim they are open until 9pm). The excuses. «Oh, we’re closing soon.» Yea, in an hour. You make 10 minute pizza and sandwiches. Get over it. «The pizza ovens are off.» Why would you turn your equipment off when you don’t close for another hour? «We ran out if ingredients.» As I see all the stainless steel containers filled with onions, peppers, etc. They just don’t like to work. They want to ride on the coattails of the reputation of what it used to be. But several people around here have said that these aren’t the original owners. So clearly, they have ranked the business.

Ordered their buffalo wings once and they were DELICIOUS! Next time I ordered them(about a week later) they were sooooo dry and gross I could barely eat them. I guess it depends on who makes them. Also, I ordered a ceasar salad with no cheese(I usually do that so I know theyre fresh and not just premade) and there was maybe half the amount of normal lettuce they put in it. Atlas Pizza seems to be a hit or miss sometimes. But for the most part good!

I used to come here all the time. Lately the pizzas have been very inconsistent in cooking and quite lacking in the flavor of the red sauce. The sauce basically had no flavor. I also have found the haddock and chips quite greasy. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Atlas Pizza is 5 star pizza, if you know what kind of pizza you are getting. It’s a classic«New England Greek Style» pizza, much better than most. I know of only a handful of other places in and around Worcester that make good pizza, but this place is the one by which I judge all others. I should probably mention that Atlas Pizza was the pizza I was raised on, however I eat enough of this kind of pizza all throughout New England to know what is good and what isn’t. This place is still tops. Did you know that by visiting a «House of Pizza» or «(Insert Town Name Here) — Pizza» you’re getting a very unique style of pizza typically made by the Greeks, and not usually found outside of New England? It’s not a «Greek Pizza» by definition however, just made by Greeks and different than say, an Italian made pizza. These places are often family owned and operated, and you can watch the different generations of family work their way through the business. So what is Greek style pizza? The best way I describe it is, a light oily crust that bakes crispy, with smooth sweet red sauce, and topped with a blend of mozzarella and white cheddar that leaves a perfect consistency and amount of oil on top from the melted cheese. The ratio/blend of cheese varies from place to place. Additional toppings are usually sliced super thin and cook perfectly on the pizza getting a little dark/crispy on the edges.

Atlas has great subs for a great price! I love the meatball and the eggplant parm and my husband loves the steak and cheese. Atlas is a great quick option for lunch or dinner!

It is quite hot in here, though they gave me a free pizza just because they had an extra. Woohoo!

Meh, is right. I have had much better pizza. I wondered if the crust was a premade shell? Think this would be best as «drunk» pizza; if they deliver after midnight.

Call in, or eat in is the way to go. Try the turkey bacon ranch wrap! They will custom make almost anything, but the pizza is always a great choice!

It is a sad day. A very sad day indeed — the place I used to order from weekly is now a place I will never order from again. The quality of food(and service) has gone WAAYYY down hill. I ordered some wings — they were so small I called and told them that they must have made a mistake. The person on the phone assured me the order was ‘counted out appropriately’ I double checked… the count was right but the size of the wings were about HALF of what they used to be. In the same order I ordered a Large Mozzarella sticks, they were SMASHED beyond belief, and severely undercooked. They also shorted me by 2 sticks on this order. I also ordered the broccoli bites. those were fine. not great but fine. I was so astonished that the manager was not interested in helping me, I drove to atlas to show them my order. I spoke to the nice girl at the counter and she said she felt embarrassed at what I was provided. I mean it looked disgusting — horrible! I said if the manager ever wants my business again — have him call me back. I was never called back. There are many more pizza places that deliver to me that cost a couple extra dollars but the food is so much better. I will(sadly) never be ordering from Atlas again. **note** this is the 2nd order in a row that the food has been really bad.

#29 on the Worcester Pizza Quest Made the call and was pleasantly surprised by a friendly employee and ordered one large cheese pizza. The restaurant is a roomy clean place that people can actually sit down and eat. This is rare in many of the pizza shops visited for this pizza quest. The pizza was ready and the service was friendly, over all a pleasant experience. But the pizza is the important part. On the drive home the smells drifting from the pizza reminded me of a typical Greek pizza so disappointment started to set in. At home opening the box, yup yet another typical Greek bready pizza. The more of this quest we are doing the more we wished we lived in NY. Anyways for a Greek pizza it tasted alright. The crust was cooked correctly and bread flavor the sauce was nothing special but a bit sweet. The next day you would ask yourself what you at for dinner. If you are located near this shop grab a pizza if you are just in the mood. But take the time to travel to a restaurant that respects pizza if you want to enjoy the pizza experience. Also to quote a previous Atlas Pizza reviewer«your average Greek or Mediterranean pizzeria» they are 100% correct very average and nothing special Greek pizza.

It may look like a hole-in-the wall or your average Greek or Mediterranean pizzeria, but let me tell you. They got the goods. Their pizza is delicious — I have heard from a reliable source that their sauce is homemade from scratch. Furthermore, their subs are awesome as well. I highly recommend the«chicken teriyaki» sub. Screw dominos and, though the Corner Grille is down the road, if you feel like a cheaper, less oily option, go here instead.
