Bayard Kern MD

Dr. Bayard is a very good and attentive doctor… his problem is that the people who answer his phones or at least the one who usually does is an asshole. Sorry doc, rude staff reflects on you. I called in from Florida with bronchitis looking for something to relieve the cough and I spoke to the receptionist at 9:00 am, she said she’d relay the message… at noon still hadn’t heard back… at 3:00 nothing… so at 4:00 I asked why Dr. Bayard of his PA hadn’t responded and the little troll said «he’s very busy dealing with sick people» I was a sick person I explained… so no call and then a prescription was called in to a CVS pharmacy near where I was staying… no follow up, no nothing… the woman who answered the phone was just a nasty piece of crap… The doc is good when you can get him but the older receptionist seems like she’s doing you a favor when she finally gets around to opening her little sliding window… you just want to scream «Doorman!» at her… oh well, I got a new doc and things are vastly improved.
