Never been so disgusted by a public bathroom in my 27 years of life and I’ve been everywhere. I can’t believe this place hasn’t been shut down as a biohazard. And moms actually bring their kids in there! I’d piss my pants before I ever squat over their toilets covered in feces, blood, piss stench & clogged unflushable toilets. I’ve complained before and nobody cleans it. I won’t go there because of it, since it takes forever to find anything its inevitable I’ll need to use the bathroom. The clothes are very unorganized especially in the ladies’ underwear and lingerie sections.

be prepared to dig… things are a bit out of place here… all in all it’s a big store and very spread out. good coat and pocket book finds here when they are fully stocked… it’s a definite hit or miss though… plus now you can get returns. before it was credit only for returns.

You can get some good deals while shopping here but when I went in I wasn’t too impressed. I was expecting a better variety I guess. The jewelry was cheap and overpriced for what it was. Its a store like so many others, nothing too special just cheaper prices on some items.

I’m not really one to return a lot of things, but I returned a birhtday gift that didn’t fit, they didn’t have another, and they would not give me a refund, I could only have store credit. Wich I guess was OK, but I had a slip saying cash was paid, and I feel I should be able to get a refund on a new un-​worn, tags still attached item.
I found something else, but after that, I will definitely shop there as a last resort.

This location of Burlington Coat Factory is closest to me so I frequent it often. I have had good luck with my purchases here and the staff is usually in good spirits. They manage to keep it pretty clean which is no small feat considering the clientele.
I have great luck with hats, gloves, coats, and the jean section. The lingerie dept. can be hard to navigate — not a place to come when you are looking to find something fast.
Good place if you have time to browse and dig to find some good deals.

There are some good deals at BCF. This place is so packed with clothes it’s almost hard to find anything among everything. I love the home furnishings and the coats the best. The clothes actually run smaller than their sizes… I thought it was me cause it was difficult to find anything that fit in my size (instant depression)! I had to consistently go a size larger and that’s not a good thing ya know??? Shoes are also a great deal. I haven’t bought alot of men’s clothes there so I can’t comment on that area. I go back now and again hoping for something that I like or that will fit. So a 3 star is I think a fair rating.
