Well. We started off Fall 2014 with a late season lawn installation. I was very concerned about the late install= cold weather. So much so, that I had Cris PROMISE in WRITING that he would re-seed in spring (2015) if it there were bare spots. It’s May 2015. I have emailed Cris several times. (no response) I have spoken with him on the phone once. He promised to come the next weekend. He didn’t show. Result, my lawn looks TERRIBLE= bare spots everywhere. I am so disappointed. For the amount of money we spent, we have an ‘incomplete’ lawn. It’s clear the job was taken because they ‘could’, not because I would have a good result. I am SO DISAPPOINTED in the result for the money we spent. Chose another landscaper.
