We love CK Smith. Never had an issue. Deliveries on time. Nice employees. Great customer service when you call them. Not much more I can say. Never had an issue with them and they have been supplying our oil and boiler check up’s for years.

We’ve had ckSmith Superior for several years and have always been very happy. Their oil prices may not always be the cheapest if you are shopping around, but the service cannot be beat. We have the annual service plan with a «free» cleaning each year. Their service people are always knowledgeable and on time. The few times that we’ve had emergency calls, we’ve had a serviceman at our home within an hour.

False advertising. They sent a flyer that claims they will give you a free tank but this isn’t true. They will not provide me a free tank. I’m not sure how this company can get away with advertising falsely, but I intend to report them to the BBB. If they are this dishonest with their advertising, I would caution anyone about doing business with them because their other business practices could be questionable as well.
