came here sunday morning because a couple of friends told me to try it. Yes it is in Scary downtown. and yes its very sketchy .but i had to go… I tried the beef and chicken pastilitos. i think thats how you say it… the beef was soo good. the potao ball was just ok… I also tried the tres leches cake and the guava pastry. both were delicious… i will be back… they also have fresh bread and all different cooked foods.

Fantastic Caribbean and Latin Market. They have hard to find produce such as fresh breadfruit. Great selection of canned produce as well, such as ackees and tree tomatoes. Their price on ackee is less than you find online as well. Huge selection of latin and Caribbean dairy products, as well as hard to find Central American sodas. Just don’t park in the dirt lot across the street, or you’ll find your car quickly towed. Completely worth a trip out of the way to check out.
