One rude cashier and 1 miserable manager refused to EXCHANGE a $ 4.29 hardware item for me(I bought the wrong size), saying first that they don’t carry it, then(when I showed the mgr the shelf tag), that they haven’t sold one in the past month(despite my pleas that i had purchased this, in THAT store, less than 1WEEKAGO). I had to go home, find the reciept and call the district manager(very nice man named SETH), but all this-over a $ 4 item-because of two worthless, miserable people. What the @#$% is the matter with CVS? Is RUDE and IGNORANT a pre-requisit for employment ??? CVS needs to take a good look at their employees, start reading these reviews, and start replacing people if it ever hopes to shed the awful reputation it has earned as a chain, AND as an individual store(FRONTST. WORCESTER)

Worst pharmacy I’ve been to. I have friends that has gotten expired medications from them. Numerous time where there’s problems with prescriptions especially when doctors have called in prescriptions and they say they haven’t received it. I know pharmacy can be busy and I UNDERSTAND and know what goes on behind that counter, but for some reason, it’s just not right. Some of the staffs there are pretty rude as well.
