For all of his education, Dr Ayers did not come across as very smart.
I took Mrs B to see him for a pre existing condition after seeing another Dr in the Hip & Joint Clinic a month ago who didn’t feel qualified to help her. Unfortunately she took a spill the day before and dislocated he same hip.
They treated her as if she had never been to the office before. They made her repeat the x rays, fill out paperwork AGAIN. Needless to say, we were quite exasperated by the time we finally got to see him. He refused to examine her for he pre existing condition. He somehow thought we were there for the recent fall. He too, had no record of last month’s visit. He refused to discuss the results of the films or her pain.
Basically, it was a waste of two hours. Thanks to his ineptitude, we are back to square one looking for a new surgeon.
Thanks Dr Ayers, you were quite useless.
