Fitton Field

This is the home of Holy Cross football and baseball (football plays Div 1 FCS, baseball Div 1), and the home of Worcester Tornadoes Can Am League baseball. The football stadium (seats 23,500) and is a historic stadium built in 1903. Baseball was first played here in 1905, with permanent seating installed in 2005 when the Tornadoes began playing here. Both the football and baseball stadiums are next to each other. Great concessions for baseball. Football could use a little upgrade. Ticket prices for all games very reasonable and usually available gameday.

Located on the campus of Holy Cross, Fitton Field is a basic no frills baseball stadium. No sky boxes here. No fancy seats. Not even a fancy high tech scoreboard. It does offer a terrific view of 290.
In spite of the no frills, it is a fun place to take the kids to a ball game without having to travel to Boston and at an affordable price.
