Professional, talented, clean, affordable and quick. I get my hair trimmed religiously every 3 months and Stephanie is the only person I trust to do the job well.

I have been to many barber shops, I live in Boston and work in Worcester. Erica at Heads Up is one of the best barbers I have been to by far.
Four important things about a barber shop:
1. Price; At $ 13 the price is great!
2. Personality; Erica has a great personality and always super nice. Easy to talk with her if you want conversation, doesn’t force it.
3. Time you wait; I have always only gone at lunch, but I never wait more than ten minutes to get a seat in the barber chair.
3. Quality; Arguably the most important part of a hair cut. Erica does a exceptional job at cutting my hair. Always fast and efficient. Cuts it perfectly every time and uses a safety razor on my neck, which is my pet peeve.
I have always had trouble finding a good barber in Boston. Crazy expensive usually over $ 20 everywhere, sometimes $ 30. I do not have a lot of hair, so that is highway robbery. I have to always wait if I find a good barber. Never can find parking in the city. They are never consistent in cutting my hair. Always annoying either not paying attention to what I say and cutting it the way the want it to or stopping in the middle to take a call on their cell phone. I have tired to so many shops and have had very little success. I am glad I found this hidden gem on Massasoit Road! I highly recommend going to see Erica!!!

I am a very accomplished barber of over 23 years and I get my haircut from Erica the owner and she is fantastic! She is a very talented barber. I am very happy with my haircut and I haven’t been to anyone else since.

I’ve never been to this establishment but I never will. One of my friends follows one of the barbers on instagram and found a photo she took of one of our friends out when he wasn’t paying attention. She said nothing but judgmental and rude things about his haircut and posted them online without his permission. If those type of rude and shallow people work here you can bet I’ll never come here or recommend it to anyone I know

This is a great place to get a very good haircut at a reasonable price. Most places you have to pay top dollar for a good looking cut, or you get a real crappy cut for cheap (diorio’s).
The girls running the shop are great, easy to talk to, and know what they’re doing. I am always getting compliments on my hair after coming here, I highly recommend.
Heads Up is the tiny building right after price chopper on Massasoit. It looks tiny on the outside but really nice inside with a family friendly feel.
