Extremely disappointing experience. I called to have flowers delivered to my mom for her 60^th birthday. From the second they took the call, they made it feel like they were doing me a favor… For nearly $ 100, my mother received what appeared to be a hastily arranged grouping of wild flowers from the garden. Definitly will think twice about sending flowers next time… absolutely terrible…

Jeff provided the flowers for our wedding a few weeks ago and he did an outstanding job. Everything came out even better than I imagined. The guests were complimenting us all night on how beautiful the flowers were. I also appreciated how easy he was to work with: he was patient, professional, and extremely helpful. I HIGHLY recommend him for any event!

Our May 17^th wedding was absolutely beautiful thanks to Jeff. The arrangements were exactly what we wanted and then some. Jeff included all of the flowers I wanted and even surprised us with little details that he knew we would like based on what we discussed at our consultation. His attention to detail is amazing. He is incredibly talented, committed to his craft, and so easy to work with. His talent and gorgeous work graced our wedding day and made it even more special. A million thanks to Jeff and his team!

Yesterday I wanted to buy a bouquet of flowers for my friend’s birthday. I stopped into French Bouquet Florist and asked Jeff if he could create one for me. Well, he created the most gorgeous, colorful, creative bouquet in minutes. I delivered it to my friend who is an artist. She said she was obsessed with how stunning an arrangement it was. Very reasonably priced too. I highly recommend this extremely talented florist to anyone who is looking for a bouquet of flowers to resemble a pice of artwork!!!

Jeff was so great to work with! Incredibly professional and super creative. We came to him with some crazy ideas of what we wanted to do with our arrangements, and he was able to please both us and my mother with really unique designs. The color scheme was perfect, and everyone always comments on how gorgeous the flowers were at the wedding. A bit on the expensive side, but definitely worth it. His design absolutely made the venue.

Jeff was so helpful and accommodating every step of the way. He provided us with helpful and thoughtful suggestions and he was kind, patient, and flexible with us. Jeff truly captured my vision and turned it into my dream wedding! Everything was just flawless. My bouquet was perfect — I did not want to put it down all night! The bridesmaids bouquets were just lovely and the centerpieces were so glamorous and dramatic — he hit the nail on the head!
We will never be able to thank Jeff enough for helping to make our wedding day everything we always dreamed. I want as many people as possible to know how wonderful Jeff French is to work with!

I went here at the last minute after doing a quick Google search for florists in the Worcester area. I needed a bouquet for a friend as it was the anniversary of losing her oldest son. I popped in to the shop and Jeff and an employee were clearly in the middle of putting together flowers for a BIG wedding. Vases everywhere, flowers, ribbons, everything was gorgeous. I apologized for interrupting and explained what I needed a bouquet for. Jeff dropped everything and helped me select a bouquet of truly stunning flowers that was wrapped up beautifully (and very reasonably priced). If that is the type of service he offers to people who just walk in, I can’t imagine the attention you’d get as a customer with a wedding/​event. Highly recommended, and I will be visiting again.

We met with 3 florists to discuss our wedding floral arrangements. Jeff was our third meeting, and what a relief! He «got it» right away. Lengthy, lengthy meetings with other florists ended up with us feeling frustrated and disappointed. It was almost like we were designing our own centerpieces. We had so much other stuff to attend to, we really didn’t have the time or desire to take on that responsibility.
30 minute meeting with Jeff and we immediately knew that he was going to give us exactly what we wanted. He created amazing centre pieces that people are still talking about. They made a somewhat cavernous and sparse room really come alive. We ended up using some of our reception center pieces during our ceremony because we had to move our garden wedding inside. THANK GOD we had great flowers!
The other thing were the boutonnieres — most of the florists that we came across had great passion for bouquets, but very little passion for design when it came to boutonnieres — and having an almost entirely male wedding party on both sides, we really wanted something spectacular. Once again, Jeff delivered.
Jeff is professional and easy to work with — just what you are looking for when you are attending to the many different stresses coming at you during the planning of a wedding.

Jeff French did our wedding at WAM, and did a fantastic job. They were very professional and dependable at all stages.
He’d taken our color scheme ideas and made them reality. Needless to say, we think he did a great job. They were easy to work with and required very little direction after our initial meeting (which is great when planning a long distance event).
