I went into Loan USA looking for a diamond for an engagement ring. When I walked into the shop I had no idea what I was looking for, or what a pawn shop could do for me. What I found at Loan USA was a team of extremely helpful and knowledgeable experts. They talked me through everything from what to look for when selecting a diamond, to how to figure out my girlfriend’s (my now fiancée) ring size and how to select the perfect setting. I know I was a nightmare of a customer, but both Carl and Josh were incredibly patient with me as I waffled back and forth on every detail of the ring. They worked with me as I looked through catalog page after catalog page of engagement settings and finally got the perfect diamond set in the perfect ring for an incredible price. Not only did my fiancée say yes and that she loves the ring, but she get’s nonstop comments about how beautiful and perfect it is even from complete strangers. Thanks guys, we will definitely be back for the wedding bands!

Never being to a pawn shop before, my only impression of pawn shops were what I had seen on TV. The employees were very helpful, informative and patient when helping me pick out an engagement ring. The whole time I was in the shop I felt at easy as what I was looking for was always the priority and the employees worked extremely hard to keep it that way. I walked out of the store with all of my questions answered and then some! I felt extremely confident with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone.

When I walked into Loan USA I was blown away by their inventory. I was in the market for a new watch. The gentleman behind the counter was able to show me a range of makes and models tailored to exactly what my desired needs were. The Tag I walked out the door with surpassed my expectations. There are no doubts in my mind that the next time I am in need of jewelry at a great price Loan USA is my store.

I’d never been in a pawn shop before I stepped into Loan U.S.A. and I had no idea what to expect. The employees are very nice and helpful and I was surprised by how great the merchandise is. I dropped my iTouch down an elevator shaft and did not want to pay full price so I went to Loan USA and got a great deal the same day. Great store!

If you go to Loan USA, ask for Carl. Carl is my main guy for precious metals, estate jewels and tools. He’s great with customers and competitive on prices. Would recommend to anyone. Have bought all types of stuff from him in the past and will continue to do so. Damn good prices on melt, too since he does some of the largest volumes in the state. Five star service, pawn shop prices!
