Placed an online order 12⁄11. Was told would be rec’d before Christmas. Never rec’d shipping confirmation or tracking number. The items were never received! No response from company to my email. Had to file a claim with PayPal. I wish I had read the other Unilocal and Google reviews before buying from them!

Everyone wants top shelf service. But the folks at Palomar Printing have no clue how to achieve appropriate customer service and fall to the level of ground floor service. If you want to be responsible for every single issue in their life and the reason it messed up your job, use Palomar. If you want to work with someone who is only concerned with your job and ensuring your level of satisfaction choose someone else. At Palomar their issues are your issues and trust me… They have lots of issues.

I have used Palomar Printing for several years to create shirts for a club that I advise at Shrewsbury High School. The service has always been excellent. They respond to all inquiries in a timely manner, they are polite and professional and I have never been disappointed with the quality of the shirts that I’ve received.

Just got two more shirts done up by these guys, and they are awesome! A minor problem came up, and Sam took care of me immediately.
I spent a whole lot of time researching best prices for shirts, and these folks were the most reasonable I’ve been able to find. I got t shirts once from an online joint for about the same price point, but the quality was not even close to as nice.
Beyond that, in terms of customer service, you can’t do any better. They have been truly helpful and friendly each and every time I’ve talked to them. These are my guys, forever.
