Warning to anyone with kids who comes here, the water that comes out of the bathroom faucet gets really really hot, so be careful. The workers here, specifically the black girl with glasses, SOSLOW and I dont only mean physically. Took her like 5min of staring at nothing to get a single slice of pizza out from behind glass, already pre-made.

I love Papa Ginos, or at least have in the past. Don’t get it often because I believe it’s pricey. Ordered a paparoni and cinnasticks. No icing for the sticks, the pizza box was leaking grease and the cheese and pepperoni had shifted on to one side of the box. Very disappointing!

I like the food, but its *always* late. I can’t remember an order that has ever been delivered in under an hour. Don’t order here if you are in a hurry.

The manager Cassie was leaning against the back counter texting while I stood in line to order. Seeing her put down her phone and start fondling the pizza dough with her bare hands skeeved me out big time. I dont care if she says the oven cooks all the bacteria, put some gloves on girl! Dipping ur hands into an old pool of water isn’t enough for me to eat something you just stuck your hands into. Oh and the salads are still gross, just a bunch of the hard middle pieces of old iceberg lettuce they probs used to make sandwiches out of.

I’ve eaten here for lunch a couple of times and haven’t been disappointed. Both times it was pretty busy, not surprising since it’s on a main drag across from Quinsig, but the line moves pretty quick, and the wait for our meal wasn’t bad either. The restaurant was clean, inside and out. Although I prefer pizza from a family run restaurant, I do enjoy food from this chain.

Do you really need a review for Papa Gino’s? Here’s a story instead. About 10 – 12 years ago, my brother was about 4 or 5. We were sitting at the booth, eating our BBQ chicken pizza, and my mom saw a rabbit cross the sidewalk and hop out into West Boylston Street. She got my brother’s attention and said«look at the little bunny!» As soon as she said it, a truck ran it over.
