I initially purchased a one month membership from Groupon. I ended up falling in love with peak fitness and attended a couple of times a week until I moved out of state. This is probably one of the only things I miss about living in Mass is my daily routine at peak fitness. I remember prior to attending I was feeling lethargic and sluggish and after my first work out I felt so motivated. Motivated to eat healthier and work out more. The trainers are awesome, all very personable. This is unlike any other boot camp or fitness class you’ve been too. I get bored at the gym doing the same routine over and over and the fitness classes the gym offers are always so crowded. That is why I love peak fitness everyday there is a different routine. I would explain it as being a kid at spree day and having different stations to go to. It was always so much fun! I recommend this place to everyone!!! You also definitely see results and I wasn’t even following Paul’s recommended diet plan. I wish there was a Peak Fitness Boot Camp in NY :(!!!
