Went here on a whim to get a shave. Ended up getting my haircut touched up for no additional fee.
The shop is clean and well decorated, and the staff are professional and friendly.
Unfortunately they were late opening the shop, so they got hit with 4 – 6 customers instantly. If you have people lining up on the sidewalk to get into your business the least you can do is show up to work 30 minutes early so you can open right at opening time. That is really retail/​service 101, if half stars were permitted I would have given them 3.5.
