State Liquor Exchange

My dad used to stop by this place occasionally and asked me to go buy some beer one day. The lady at the counter who was elderly was super rude to me and tryed saying I needed another form of Id besides my drivers license… So I showed her my Student Id from my college. She gave me only my Drivers license back and I had to go back the next day to ask about it. Not only was she more of a jerk than the day before but she also claimed she never even sold me the beer? She didnt even bother to look for it… I tried to buy something from her that day too but she said next in line and skipped over me like a real b — –… I will never go to that dump again. I would much rather go to Yankee Spirits In Sturbridge, Ma where you receive good service a greater selection and no jerk offs. Even my family members went back to the store to complain and they were stlll major dicks. Screw this place.

This is my go to place, nice big store just like Martignettis and they have so much to offer with occasional sales as well. Love the variety and the atmosphere, don’t feel like someone is hawking me and don’t feel like I might get robbed either! Think of this as a grocery store or supermarket except for liquor.

This place brings back a lot of memories from the days when I had just turned 21.
They have a great selection of beers and wines. I don’t think their actual liquor selection is that great although they always have my good old cheap standby — UV blue vodka!
This is one of only a few places in the Worcester/​Marlboro area that I can find the Moscato D’Asti wine that I drink.
It is in a semi decent neighborhood although at night the parking lot seems a bit SKETCHY.
