Just got my iPhone 5s fixed at this place for a very good price. 20 minutes is all it took. Friendly guy as well. Will always go back to this shop for all my phone needs.

I had the worst experience there today. I had my phone screen replaced for $ 150. 3 weeks ago. The next day I tried to use my Siri voice recognition and it did not work. I called the man and told him that I was on vacation and that it wasn’t working. In all fairness to him (who turned out to be the owner) he did say that he would «take a look». Today my second day back from vacation I bring my phone down and he tells me that he will have to charge me another $ 100! In the past I have tried to replace my own phone screens for less than ten dollars by buying the parts online and changing it myself. Based on my experience I know that when replacing a screen you have to disconnect each internal component connected to the screen including the voice recognition.
After explaining this to the owner he was insulted and became very confrontational. To the point that he chased me out to my car pounded on my window yelling «you don’t respect me» this was one of the worst retail/​service experiences that I have had In a long time. You could not pay me to do business here again. The owner is a crook looking for a fight with someone. Buyer beware!

I have been going to stela since they opened and have recommended family and friends here. Have always received excellent service at the lowest price around by far. For my family alone he has done everything from screens (android and apple) two charging ports (apple and android) an iphone ear piece, microfone and battery. He also took care of a virus issue on my computer for only $ 50. I love this place

Hello everyone, I’ve been using this company for over 3 years now. Rowaid has been fixing my friends and families phones and computers since his business has was at his previous location. I’ve used several different places but I’d rather use Stella. Any issues get resolved quickly and his prices are very reasonable. I’ve read Erica’s review and was very surprised. If you had important things that were stored on your PC/​phone than transferring those to a flash drive or disk should have been the 1^st thing you ask about. His job is to fix your electronic issue not worry about what possibly can be lost unless you mention the importance of what’s stored. The other issue seems more like he’s protecting his business. If there wasn’t a problem and no worries on anyone’s part than the police arriving shouldn’t have been an issue except to set things straight. All in all I will continue to take my business to Stella and I will also continue to refer him to EVERYONE. These are good honest people doing there best to please and make an honest living. He has no idea what he’s doing. Had to go back 3x because he didn’t put the screen on correctly u so my phone wouldn’t work. Total waste of my time which is worth more than saving $ 10.

Showed up less than two hours before closing to replace my charger port on Galaxy S3. Several other repair places turned me down, one even suggested buying a universal charger to charge my battery (after taking it out of the phone).
At Stela Tech my phone was repaired in the time it took me to grab a bite to eat.

I dropped my iphone one time too many, where it was completely inoperable. I had the blue screen of death, couldn’t see any apps, read texts, etc. I found Stela on Unilocal and called an hour before closing to see if they could fix my cracked iphone. They said yes. Literally within 15 minutes my phone was restored and looks brand new. Works perfectly!!! I couldn’t be happier — and their price for repair is the lowest around (trust me, I’ve called around). Thank you Lloyd for fixing my phone!!!

iPhone screen replacement. Brought it in at 9:01 am and new screen was installed by 9:15. Very reasonable price and high quality work (he put on a surgical-​type mask before taking apart the phone to keep moisture away from it). A decent guy to do business with.

They are extremely fast and the best prices you can get for iPhone repairs. I have used them twice: once to repair my cracked screen and another time for my power switch and he did a great job for a great price. If you ever need work done on your phone in the Worcester area go there.

They have fixed the screen for my Samsung G3 and ipod (basically a i phone 5 s). Have done a great job.
