The Salon at GLOW

This review is strictly for tanning — I made an appointment for an airbrush tan a few weeks prior to my wedding — the person the appointment was with wasn’t there when I showed up, but they were able to call her and she showed up 5 – 10 minutes later. The actual spray tan was ok.
I made an appointment 3 days before my wedding, and again the person the appointment was with was not there. This time though, she had not looked at her calendar and was out of town, having left work early. When I asked to speak with a manager, I found out that the person my appointment was with was the manager of Glow.
How unprofessional to not look at your appointment calendar, not once but twice.
Again, this review is strictly for tanning. Patty, the manager of the salon, heard my concerns and recommended another spray tan salon, and Gina is doing my hair for my wedding. Gina called to apologize immediately when she learned of the incident. That my friends is professionalism.

Vanessa was able to fit me in at the last minute to fix a botched trim I had gotten at another salon. Even though she was booked solid, she took the time to ask me questions and addressed all of my concerns. Plus she’s fun to talk to!
This haircut seriously styles itself. Absolutely love it.
Cute shop, great vibe, very friendly and so affordable.
