The food is Wendy’s pretty much the same at every one. I live around the corner and I’d rather drive all the way down park ave then come to this one. The girl at the front register is through RUDEST girl I’ve ever met. No hello, your welcome, have a good day nothing. Some people clearly aren’t meant for customer service.

Well the food is Wendy’s. That’s not going to change. You don’t go to any fast food restaurnt and expect a premium Steakhouse level of food. What destroys this location is the service is consistently abyssmal. One girl who waited on me recently was projecting nothing but disgust that she had to be there. There is never a smile on anyone’s face, orders are frequently incorrect, and the wait time is almost always ridiculous, even late at night.

Located in a rough blue collar area of old Worcester.
The building is a very new re-​model and Deb the cashier is very nice and polite. I want her to work for me!
Good service.
I ordered very conservatively with out a meal deal and my order still came to over $ 11 which I think was very over prices for a small chicken sandwich and a potato.

I’ve only been to this Wendy’s drive-​thru and only once so far but the staff was very polite and food was as good as you could expect from a Wendy’s.

Well for fast food theyve really stepped up there game. Attentive and nice employees. I was smiled and greeted at as soon as i can in. They write your name in the computer if you eat in and theirs a screen to see when your food is ready. Really updated. And i guess theres an app you can pay for your food online too which is weird but cool.

This has got to be my least favorite Wendy’s. Whenever possible, I bypass this location for an alternate. It always appears to need a good clean up inside, no matter how busy, or no so busy it is. It always seems like a long wait at the drive thru. Also seems to be issues with getting my order correct.
I suppose it could just be me, but I’ll continue to avoid this location for my own sanity.

Stopped by the other day to have a quick bite. Like the revamped menu and the choices besides fries when ordering a combination meal (you can order a side garden or caesar salad, a baked potato, apple slices, or the fries). Server was friendly and food was served promptly. Could have used a quick cleaning as some of the tables were dirty and it wasn’t that busy. Nice place to sit down. Nice drive-​thru.
